Sincerely, We apologize that your stay was unsatisfactory. To help us objectively assess your experience, please review the following: You booked a standard room with a double bed (for 2 people). Room and bed details, including all photos, were clearly displayed and viewable in the app before booking. Although you initially requested a triple room, you opted for a double room. The hotel also offers more comfortable (and more expensive) rooms for 2-4 people, but you did not choose those. Your additional request clearly stated 3 adults, and the hotel did not provide a room based on 3 adults. While there was an additional charge for exceeding the specified number of guests, we provided 2 free nights for one person as requested. However, we regret receiving such an unpleasant review. Regarding the distance from the beach and high price: The hotel's location is clearly shown on the Traveloka map. It is true that the price may have been slightly higher than usual due to your trip coinciding with Chinese New Year, reflecting the cost of living in Vung Tau during that time. However, as this is your personal experience, we will not comment further. To make future stays more comfortable, we recommend that you clearly specify your needs and budget before booking. Please avoid booking based solely on room type or amenities, or choosing a hotel a kilometer away simply because it's near the beach.
