This is the second time I've visited Muong Thanh. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel is in the center. Just a short walk to the Love Bridge and Han River. This time I was a little unsatisfied with the air conditioning in the room and the elevator. Otherwise everything was ok. The price was very reasonable. The breakfast was delicious.

The location is not very good. The lobby is full of trash. The lobby is too high and wide so the hotel did not turn on the air conditioner. It was very hot and uncomfortable in the lobby.

For a 4-star hotel, we need more than expected! First, the lobby is very hot! We arrived early and needed early check-in assistance, but it was crowded and there were no rooms, so we were ok with that! When it was time to check in, we booked 2 rooms but only received 1 early room and the other room was past our booking time! Overall, the room didn't feel very clean! Our room was right next to the air conditioner of the entire hotel, so it was a bit noisy! There was no soundproofing either! The luggage and housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly! If I were to consider coming back, I wouldn't.

The hotel is located in the middle of entertainment venues so it is convenient to move around, the view is quite nice, overlooking the sea, good customer care. The downside is that the glass is a bit dirty.
