I came to Da Nang for work purposes so I did not need a room that was too luxurious. I also did not give feedback to the staff because I went out to work during the day and only came back to sleep at night, and my stay was not long. From the moment I entered Muong Thanh, besides the lobby being very large and beautiful, it was super hot. The entire reception area or waiting area did not have air conditioning, there were few fans, so if any guests came to wait to check-in, it was very hot, unlike other hotels I went to where it was very cool. Room 712: Wifi is super weak, I was sitting in an online meeting but kept being logged out and couldn't fully participate in the meeting. The light was dark yellow, plus there was no window, no view (there was a window with a curtain, when I flipped it up, the air conditioner was hot =)) ) so if I woke up without a clock, I really didn't know if it was day or night. The bathroom water was weak, I had to hold the shower head close to my body to be able to shower; The sink was very difficult to adjust the hot and cold; The bathroom had a see-through glass part, no curtain so if I went with friends or family, it would be quite awkward, I also went down to ask the staff if they could help cover my room with a cloth or find a way to cover it because I went with my family but the staff refused because this was a common design.; The mini fridge wasn't cool, I had an acquaintance give me some gifts that I wanted to keep cool but the fridge wasn't cool at all; Poor quality TV. The room is very spacious, airy and bright with large windows overlooking the Han River, fully equipped in the traditional hotel style. My family arrived on the day of storm No. 1, it was pouring rain, luckily behind the hotel there is a culinary "street" with rich food, a full department store so it was very convenient. In addition, I was also supported very quickly by the hotel because I forgot something when leaving the hotel. The service and service attitude are very good so I will come back next time. 👍 Note, the hotel is only free for children under 6 years old, from 6 years old and up there will be an additional charge, so you need to check the additional charge before booking a room to ensure quick check-in procedures.
