Feels like luxury for sure. Really big sized rooms, comfy bed - had an amazing sleep. Breakfast was good - nothing amazing but definitely fine enough. Didn’t use the facilities (gym and pool) but looked lovely. Really nice and clean room, lovely bathroom and a tub!

i booked muong thanh thợ nhuộm but it happened sent me to Hoàng mai. it maybe my mistake but i got the same oneday before when i booked muong thanh luxury , they sent me to muong thanh grand da nang. i used to book with checking carefully the map but it could not make two mistakes in same biz trip.

Seeing the good reviews, when I had a work schedule in Hanoi, I booked a room here. But I was quite disappointed because after booking and paying in full, I received a response from Traveloka that the hotel said there was a mistake so the room I booked was no longer available due to a system problem and currently the hotel also had no more rooms to support me to change the room. There would be nothing to say if the hotel was really out of rooms, but when I used another account to check the room, the hotel still had the room type I booked but at a higher price 😂 It's quite disappointing if a 4-star hotel has such unclear service, is it because I booked a cheap room so the hotel canceled the reservation or something???

Good hotel, nice, cheerful and enthusiastic staff, support customers to change rooms comfortably. The room view from the back is nice, airy, the bathroom is nice, clean, only the bathtub is difficult to contain water because the drain is not tight. The rest is "genuine".
