My colleague and I were on a business trip here, and we chose this place to relax on our last day. Everything was nice, but what really made a difference was how friendly and professional the staff were. Special shoutout to Mr. Phuc at the front desk – you saved us more than once. I’ll definitely come back here on my next trip.

I booked a hotel for 3 nights here. The first night, the roof on the 6th floor was blown by the wind so loudly that I couldn't sleep all night. The hot water was sometimes available and sometimes not. The hot water was so hot that I thought it would boil me. The second night was the same. The soundproofing of the room was very poor. The hygiene was also poor. The hotel is a new type that has just been put into operation so the space and facilities have not been fully completed. What a terrible experience here. Definitely won't come back.
