The room is clean, the view is very nice, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel should have more motorbikes so that guests don't have to rent a car outside.

The hotel is located not too far from the center but has a view and setting suitable for those who do not like noise. Traffic will be the first minus point because the road in front of the hotel is quite small, it will be inconvenient to turn around or it is impossible for cars over 16 seats to approach. The staff is the highlight with enthusiasm, dedication and customer support. Breakfast does not have much choice when there is only one hot dish and salad, bread, cold meat. The hotel room is invested with electronic equipment, the interior is quite good, but it seems that there is a lack of care when maintenance problems are not fixed when guests check in. The cleanliness of the hotel is a big minus point when the room uses carpet, but it seems that allowing guests to wear shoes leads to the carpet being full of stains, the carpet has too much dust and stains. Stained and uncleaned door/window glass for a long time affects the view of the landscape and creates a feeling of not being clean. The next minus point is that the hotel uses 3D photos to sell rooms, but the problem is that the interior and color scheme as well as the view between the rendered image and the reality are quite different. The interior and perspective on 3D are more refined, while the actual interior and color scheme give the feeling of just buying and selling for the full set. The unfinished wall frames give the impression of unfinished construction. The hotel room is quite hot at noon and almost uninhabitable, the hotel is equipped with a cooling fan but obviously not enough. The hotel has installed air-conditioner mounts and hopes to install air-conditioners in the future. After all, I still hope the hotel can fix it so that I can come back. Book a Sup room on the app on the picture, there is a window, go to the place where the hotel gives a tight, cramped room. Customers commented that the reason was because the app brought it to such a hotel system 😢 Asking guests to pay an extra 300,000 for a room to stay in a room with a window 😪 First time booking a room Sup was good, the second time was too bad never back now

The hotel had a power outage for half a day, making it an extremely bad experience for my family to have to walk from the top floor down to the lobby, which was extremely inconvenient and tiring. The shower water sometimes flows weakly, sometimes there is no water. There was a very strange smell in the room that was hard to describe. The breakfast buffet only has pho, fried eggs and a few slices of bread. Other services of a 3-star hotel are as expensive as a 5-star hotel. The plus point of the hotel is the nice room and nice balcony view. In general, experience it once to know. Next time I will stay near Da Lat night market for convenience.
