Food is okay, not many dishes, clean room. Nice staff, but if you go by car, it's a bit tiring because there's no parking space and you have to wait for coordination.
Still give 7/10 for reasonable accommodation price.

I only stayed here for 1 day due to a late flight, the other 2 days I stayed at another 5* hotel but the staff there was not as good as here. The staff here is great, friendly and enthusiastic from the security guard to the receptionist to the kitchen and dining room staff.

Good room, lovely staff, always greet guests wherever they are in the hotel. The security guard is super enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet is normal, not very diverse.

Very OK for a 4-star hotel, I can't ask for anything more at that price. Great.
My family felt extremely comfortable staying here: the staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help when needed.
The hotel is in the center, convenient to go anywhere, only 300m from the beach, so it was easy to go swimming in the afternoon and then come back.
The hotel has free parking in front.
Breakfast is until 10am, so if the family goes on a vacation, it's quite comfortable.

Location is at the beginning of a one-way street, easy to see, fully equipped room, breakfast included, can use many additional amenities such as gym and rooftop swimming pool. View of the city and street but not much of the sea view. Located in the center so it's convenient to move around.

I had a pretty bad experience at Poseidon Hotel. - The receptionist gave me my room card to check. When I got to the room, I realized the room had not been cleaned yet. - After the room was cleaned, when I entered the room, the shower gel and shampoo were not filled. The old living room slippers were still wet after swimming and still left there. - The room has a desk phone but it is not installed. - Old TV, can't watch Netflix/Youtube. - The hot water faucet doesn't work, I showered with cold water 2 nights. - After cleaning the room, the bed and pillows were not clean. - The hotel has a regulation that if you drive a motorbike into the basement, you must turn off the ignition, otherwise you will be fined 100k. - The room's soundproofing is not good, other guests playing in the hallway at night can clearly hear it in the room. The good points are the airy room and the location near the sea and the square. Won't come back.

I read a lot of reviews but booked at Poseidon but unexpectedly the experience here surprised me. 1. The staff was very enthusiastic and friendly, supporting my family from the time I canceled the room because I booked it by mistake without causing any difficulties. 2. The staff introduced my family to many delicious local restaurants, without overcharging. 3. When checking out, my mother forgot her jewelry and they also helped get it back. 4. The hotel's location is extremely good, near the beach, with a view of the sea and convenient for traveling. 5. The room price goes hand in hand with the service, the room is beautiful and comfortable. If I have the chance to go to Nha Trang again, I will come back 🫰🏻

Nhân viên hỏi mình muốn lấy phòng giường đôi hay hai giường đơn, mình chọn giường đôi, có lẽ vì hết phòng mà khách sạn ghép hai cái đơn thành đôi, mình không hài lòng điều này.

Khách sạn ok so với khoảng giá, vị trí khá tốt, tuy nhiên không có nhiều chỗ đậu ô tô , chỉ đậu trước khách sạn vài chiếc nếu hết chỗ phải chạy lại bãi gần đó gửi hơi bất tiện. Phòng thì cũng sạch sẽ tuy nhiên không thích cái nhà tắm kính, dù dán mờ nhưng ở ngoài nhìn vào thấy hế
