Queen T&T Hotel Dalat

The mattress was very good to sleep on but the phone line in my room was broken so when needed I couldn't call the receptionist. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, very good service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

1. The room was not as described and had to pay for the third person even though I chose a room for 3 adults 2. The buffet was not delicious and had few dishes, the facilities and interior of the room were old 3. The motorbike rental service was old and the price was high compared to the quality 4. Not worthy of 3 stars. Everyone should consider before booking a room at this hotel

I booked 2 nights in a triple room, the room was clean and spacious, with a bathtub. The price I booked was about 500, very cheap compared to the amenities and location of the hotel in the center, worth the experience.

The story is that the breakfast service is not worth the price I paid. In the morning, there were only 2 dishes, the vermicelli dish had sour beans and meat. I was very worried because if I ate it, I would have a stomachache. While the photo of the breakfast was a buffet. And they charged 100k/person for breakfast only. When I asked the hotel, they said they sympathized because it was a weekday so they only did that. While I had to pay an additional 100k/breakfast/person and had to sympathize with the hotel. It was so ridiculous. If you can't provide a commensurate service, don't charge guests more for breakfast. I paid 100k for a bowl of sour vermicelli. And who should I sympathize with? Of course, I will never come back to this hotel again. and neither will my friends and relatives.

The room is run down, the hotel entrance is tiny, just enough for 1 car.

The bedroom is quite nice, the hotel is clean, the buffet breakfast is quite delicious and has many dishes

Clean room, friendly staff, new interior, spacious and spacious. There are massage chairs under the lobby to help relieve fatigue. Will come back if there is a chance to come to Da Lat.

The hotel does not have a car park, but on the app it says parking so I just made a reservation at cover I went to check in but could not meet the receptionist at the hotel. Security guards do not support customer parking but just stand in the hotel waving at guests. And when I went to the hotel to ask, the security answered "there is no parking space, we have to send it." We were really annoyed because we did not feel welcome. I think the hotel should improve the pick-up to make guests feel more comfortable.
