The room was very dark with not enough light. The bed was not cleaned, there was dust and a lot of ants on the bed. The bathroom smelled like sewer. The hotel wifi did not work.
The only plus points were the central location and the friendly reception staff.

When booking on the web, it was a double room with 2 large beds, but when checking in, it was a double room with 2 small beds. 🙄 Had to rent an extra room.

Thất vọng và hụt hẫng, đặt phòng từ sớm trên ap check in lúc 4g thì bảo chưa dọn vệ sinh kịp, rồi dời sang phòng khác, không có hẹn khi nào dời lên phòng cũ lại. Khách ở lố thời gian cũng không nhắc hoặc hỏi rồi để phụ thu thêm 100% tiền phòng khi rời phòng lúc 6g tối. Tệ

Friendly staff, always ready to help. However, the attached services of the hotel such as app, momo provided (fitness center, swimming pool, restaurant...) do not work. I have only experienced room service. The days of stay were completely different from what the app, momo provided, and my plans had to be adjusted a lot (like time to do laundry, swim and exercise, go out to eat...)
