It was a great experience! Lovely hotel. It's like you turn back to olden times. I like the structure and the interior elements. It's the old Saigon. The staff are very helpful and they are very accommodating. The hotel is just in front of the Saigon Plaza. I love the whole set up. I got chocolate from the staff also at night. Lovely hotel! My business trip was amazing with that hotel! I can work and at the same time enjoy the view.

The best of the best except staff of the hotel at reception counter and waitering bar have no politeness to customers. Particularly the operator who answered the room service had asked the hotel guest to walk down the reception to get the item ourselves. Bad service

I had such a great stay at Rex. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. My room was really clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed.
Overall, it was a really nice experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff was very very helpful. I did not get the guy’s name, but he was very kind and thorough and we discussed customer service. He was very smart.
I will definitely stay there again. The people are what makes the difference.
Also, the food and beverage upstairs was good and clean and very service orientated
