River Suites Hoi An Hotel

We booked 2 rooms and stayed three nights and had an excellent experience. The room was spotless; floors, bathroom, linens, and all surfaces were immaculately clean. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk to old town and our rooms, 501 and 506 overlooked the river with lantern boats that presented a spectacular sight during the evening. Breakfast had a good variety as well given the size of the hotel. Highly recommend and we will surely stay there again during our next trip to Hoi An.

Friendly staff although some not as bright as others. Room looked amazing on arrival but on closer inspection was filthy. Nice bathtub in bathroom but all behind it dirty, top of mirror full of dust and dirt on the walls. Small balcony also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Hotel has pre arranged collection from airport and some trips. Taxi tried to overcharge due to needing bigger car for luggage, funny he had the key to his car in pocket 😳 paid for the trips on arrival, looking at the brochure paid more that double fo one of the activities, when challenged was advised paid more as it a private tour, told then I hadn’t requested a private tour which they was going to look into, never heard anything back. Breakfast was mediocre, wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Was that bad we checked out early and went to another hotel

Very good location. Next to old town. A lot of shop and restaurant around.

Disappointing. While the location was close to the canals restaurants and shops, the condition of the hotel was poor. They have a bar that is never open. You are only able to get cans of beer from the front desk. The pool is a glassed enclosure in the lobby so not really an ideal place to sit. The breakfast menu is adequate and there is often not enough room to sit. The room- there was water damage peeling paint and black mould on one of the walls. Mould in the bathroom too. Almost no water pressure and the shower needed to run for at least 10 min before the water turned warm. It never got hot. The bed was comfortable and clean. The layout of the room was also fine. Staff were less that helpful when asking for directions, suggestiins of things to see. Would not stay here again.

Our shower has zero water pressure so we could not shower. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Location unbeatable but also is loud until 4 am . Not terribly loud in the room but you can hear it. If you are a light sleeper or not starting out late, stay somewhere else.

The room was quite big clean and tidy, location was great within walking distance to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed two nights. Clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfast with several choices. Very convenient location if you want to visit the market and want to take a lantern boat ride.

This property like many properties around VN we've stay at had mold. I believe this is due to the lack of air circulation and the humidity. The hotel looked clean from the front lobby but we were moved around to 3 different rooms and all 3 rooms had mold. If you can imgine the musty wet wood smell that's what the rooms smelled like. One of the room we booked didn’t have a working AC unit but the staff were nice and quickly moved us, The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their pool had algea and mold along the pool so the kids didn’t want to use it.

We really enjoyed the view and location of this hotel. The breakfast was tasty and convenient. The pool.is small but is perfect fir a cool dip after a fun day of sightseeing and shopping. The best part is to be abke to walk to the lantern festival and night market!

Our first time in Hoian and this was an excellent place to stay. Lovely in every way possible

Our family of three from Vermont stayed at the River Suites Hoi An for 2 nights. The close proximity of the hotel to points of interest in Hoi An made it very easy for us to walk to these sites. The hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet selection was large, and the open-air restaurant connected to the front porch (with plenty of seating) was great. The room was clean, and the hotel was well-maintained. We highly recommend the River Suites Hoi An Hotel.

Nice and clean property just outside of all the busy activity. It can be loud during the daytime, but was fine at night once things calmed down. The staff were all very nice and helpful!

Very helpful staff. Clean , good location. I was on the 5th floor, very nice room. Would stay there again.

this hotel is on the river bank.It is within walking distant to night market and old town.Room is clean. Bathroom does not have a separate shower.The shower is inside the bathtub.Hot water system does not work correctly. It is very difficult to mix,it is either too hot or too cold. Breakfast is below average, many dishes were cold.
