Basically, I am completely satisfied with the hotel. If not to say I really like it and would love to come back if I have the chance to go to Phan Thiet.
Some additional comments:
+ The staff is extremely friendly and lovely.
+ The room is great in every aspect. Beautiful, clean. Reasonable power outlets and light switches. The refrigerator works well. The service of choosing shampoo and shower gel is very good.
+ Good location
+ Reasonable price for the quality of the room.
+ Good breakfast cost. The quality of the meal is reasonable for the cost. There is a small change between days. The noodles / broth is delicious.
- Wifi is super unstable :(((((((
- Breakfast is relatively simple. A bit lacking in meat. Although the quality is suitable for the cost, it is not suitable if you expect a more complete and full breakfast.

The hotel is clean, I am satisfied with the hotel. The hotel has a car rental service, but the evening security guard did not introduce that service but contacted the rental company and then blamed the customer.

The common space is modernly designed, but still very cozy. Impressed with the neatness, clean toilet. The staff was enthusiastic and super cute when my family checked in late. My family really liked it, will come back when we have the chance.

My family just experienced 4 people 3 nights at Rubens!
The feeling when entering the lobby is a fresh and pleasant scented space, the receptionist is very gentle and the attitude of the staff is extremely friendly. The location is near the center so it is quite convenient to move to other locations. The hotel has its own scent so it is quite special in this regard.

The view at the resort is beautiful, the breakfast has a variety of delicious dishes, however, the check-in time is not flexible and the room here is very old, the lights in the room are dark. The air conditioner is old, the air conditioner's hot block is placed in the room, making the bathroom very hot.

The hotel is great overall with a great location near the beach, safe neighborhood, friendly and supportive staff. The only minus point is the room soundproof. I can still hear people talking at the hotel lobby from my closed-door room on Floor 3. Aside from that, I had great experiences with this hotel.

This place deserves 5 stars (although it is a 3-star hotel), worth the money, very wonderful and a good experience here.
The staff is very enthusiastic from the security guard, the receptionists... I am very grateful for your enthusiasm.
The service is perfect, I arrived early so I was supported to check in early and when checking in, the receptionists told me to choose the scent of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. The product is very fragrant, the scent is pleasant 10 VND + for the product.
The room is beautifully furnished, fully equipped with amenities and utensils, beautifully decorated, no complaints and very satisfied. When checking out, I was also given a small gift!! GOOD
In general, I think this place is very good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Small and pretty hotel, located right in the center so it is convenient to travel. Especially the bathroom is attractively designed with a large bathtub and many amenities. Breakfast is small but easy to eat. If there was a swimming pool, it would be even more perfect.
