My family stayed in 3 rooms, 9 nights in total, arriving and leaving at different times, the middle of the week was less crowded than the weekend, and the hotel allowed an early check-in 3 hours and a late checkout 2 hours. The hotel is new, nice and clean, many play areas for children and various relaxing spaces for adults. Large room, very nice sea view. Clean beach, beautiful and clear jade sea water. should buy a full-day meal package at a very reasonable price because many food services spread throughout the day, in the hotel, at the beach or at the swimming pool are included. The staff of the department, the hotel manager are all very enthusiastic and professional. In general, the family has a very good value vacation.

I used the full combo package including 3 meals buffet for 3 nights here. Everything was ok, except the buffet - the food was not really diverse and did not change much for different days, there were many repetitions which were quite boring.

Enthusiastic, professional, polite staff. Room is clean, comfortable, private. Diverse and delicious food. The beach here is super clean, the scenery is super beautiful, and the swimming pool is spacious. The play area is very beautiful and safe. There is a very convenient internal shuttle. Điểm cộng: + khách sạn đẹp, như hình, các tiện ích như bể bơi, activities khá thú vị và resort rất khuyến khích mọi người tham gia (bắt loa gọi trước khi đến giờ hoạt động chứ không kiểu im ỉm) + bãi biển rất đẹp và nên thơ + ngay trung tâm, quẹo ra phát rất nhiều đồ ăn, hàng quán ngon điểm trừ: + lần đầu tiên thấy resort mà: quy trình + cung thiếu chuyên nghiệp tới vậy. Nhân viên nhìn như kiểu thực tập, tiết kiệm nụ cười, tiết kiệm giao lưu với khách hàng. Theo thói quen và phép lịch sự thì mỗi lần được cách anh trong đó chở đi các điểm, khi xuống tới nơi mình đều cảm ơn rất vui vẻ, nhưng 3 4 anh không một ai đáp lại, kể cả là cái gật đầu hay 1 lời nói. Các xe cũng không có gì để phân biệt là xe chở về khách sạn hay chở về khu villa, mà khi team mình lên xe thì anh lái nói vọng xuống rất to và rất thiếu lịch sự: anh đi đâu? Đi về khách sạn thì anh xuống đợi chuyến sau giúp 🙂 + quầy checkin + quầy checkout làm hoang mang đến bật ngửa :)) quầy checkin đã kém chuyên nghiệp (3 chiếc bàn con chứ không phải 1 quầy checkin hẳn hòi làm mình còn tưởng là bàn book tour đi chơi). Đến lúc checkout thì tất cả khách vào 1 phòng như phòng hội nghị, có 2 nhân viên ngồi ở trên dãy bàn dài phía trên (giống giám thị và hs ghê), khách sẽ đến đưa thẻ, đọc số phòng và về bàn ngồi đợi. Nhân viên khi nhận thẻ mình thấy chat qua zalo chắc là báo số phòng, sau đó cứ ngồi đợi. Nhưng toàn là khách phải hỏi tới hỏi lui thì mới được báo đã checkout xong chứ không bao giờ thấy nhân viên chủ động báo phòng nào đã xong. Thật sự process rất chấm hỏi luôn. + phòng mình thậm chí còn hết cạn sữa tắm @@ nói chung trừ điểm nhân viên và quy trình nhiều, còn lại các mặt khác đều ok, nếu đi lại thì mình vẫn có thể cân nhắc, vì nơi đây chắc sẽ phù hợp với các gia đình có em bé ^^

Mình khá hài lòng về phòng ở, khu vui chơi người lớn trẻ em, hồ bơi ăn uống đều rất ổn. Tuy nhiên ấn tượng ban đầu thì hoàn toàn không có thân thiện cho lắm: + Thứ 1, ngay lúc vừa xuống ôtô vào sảnh thì hoàn toàn không có ai hỗ trợ xách bớt hành lý mặc dù vẫn có nhân viên nhắc nhờ chồng mình đậu xe ở bãi. Nhưng mình đang có e bé không thể mang vác nặng nên chồng mình phài phụ mình mang đồ vào sảnh chờ rồi mới ra lái xe vào bãi + Thứ 2 hoàn toàn không có bạn nhân viên đón tiếp, hướng dẫn vào làm thủ tục cũng như welcome drink không hề có. Cũng không có ai hướng dẫn đi lên phòng nào đi hướng nào😊 Chắc có thể khách sạn muốn khách tự trải nghiệm tự đến tìm phòng của mình. + Thứ 3 là thông tin không rõ ràng đến khách. Mình với chồng đi khá nhiều resort 4-5 sao, khi mình đi bơi đi tắm có đồ bẩn lúc mang về thì thường có túi đựng đồ bẩn của khách sạn mình bỏ đồ vào và hoàn toàn có thể mang về. Tuy nhiên ở Slectum Noa mình không hề thấy có ghi chú là không được mang túi đựng đổ bẩn về nên mình cứ hiển nhiên bỏ đồ bẩn( đồ ướt) mang về. Và rồi khi vợchồng mình checkout ra về, trong lúc chờ thủ tục checkout 1 bạn nhân viên đến và bảo trong phòng còn thiếu 1 túi đựng đồ bẩn. 2 Vợ chồng mình mắt chữ anh mồm chữ ô @@ và hỏi lại “ủa không được mang về à em?, anh chị đang để đồ bẩn và ướt” bạn nhân viên “dạ nếu mang về thì mình phải trả tiền ạ, trị giá túi là 250k”. ULT 😊 hồi giờ đi resort chơi chưa gặp trường hợp này. Nếu túi có logo của Slectum Noa hoặc có slogan gì đó thì thôi mình cũng mua để có kỷ niệm và hơn nữa là đang đựng áo quẩn bẩn và ướt, phải dùng túi để tiện xách về. Nhưng đây là 1 chiếc túi trống trơn. Nên nhà mình đã lấy đồ bẩn ra xách tòn ten trong bọc nilon và trả lại túi cho khách sạn ạ. May mình còn bọc trong túi nilon sẵn chứ không lôi đống đồ bẩn ra trước sảnh khách sạn để kiếm bọc khác bỏ thì ôi thôi rồi khá mất mỹ quan của khách sạn 😂** Mong rằng kháchsạn chú ý hơn và ghi lại thông tin để khách du lịch biết và không bị trường hợp như mình ạ. Mình thì đi 1 lần và ý tưởng đến lần thứ 2 thì chưa có ạ. Nhưng cũng sẽ giới thiệu cho người thân bạn bè đi 1 lần để trải nghiệm ạ!

- It took 1 hour to check in, the reception was too slow, I booked through the app but said there was no code, - check out, call the reception to pick up the car but wait 30f to get the car - the pool water is dirty - the breakfast buffet for sticky rice dishes , fried is not good

Tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại Selectum Noa. Cảnh quan resort tuyệt đẹp, phòng ốc còn mới và khá sạch sẽ, phối cảnh đẹp đặc biệt khu vực bể bơi. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, tuy nhiên số lượng nhânviên hơi ít so với số lượng khách vào cuối tuần dẫn đến việc các bạn phục vụ cũng không xuể. Tuy nhiên tôi vẫn được hỗ trợ early checkin khá nhanh chóng. Đôi khi nhân viên không nắm rõ về thông tin khu resort lắm, tuy nhiên điều nè hoàn toàn thông cảm được. Điểm trừ nhỏ là số lượng thang máy hơi ít so với số lượng phòng và đồ ăn buffet nhiều chưa thực sự đa dạng, chủ yếu là các món Âu. Resort có nhiều khách ngoại quốc lưu trú nên các hoạt động vui chơi giải trí rất vui vẻ, náo nhiệt, huyên náo, đa dạng trên từng khung thời gian. Nhìn chung khi đến đây, bạn sẽ hoà mình trong không khí rất “ Tây”, rất văn minh và hiện đại hoà quyện với hương vị nhiệt đới của biển xanh, cát trắng, nắng vàng Cam Ranh. Một nơi đáng để lựa chọn cho hành trình trải nghiệm sắp tới.

Great vacation before tet holiday, a beautiful place for relaxing with whole family, almost people love swimming pool with many sliders that called aqua park. Large room quite place, delicious buffet breakfast with vietnamese style and European style. Love and back again to play more this summer.

I used the full combo package including 3 meals buffet for 3 nights here. Everything was ok, except the buffet - the food was not really diverse and did not change much for different days, there were many repetitions which were quite boring.

Enthusiastic, professional, polite staff. Room is clean, comfortable, private. Diverse and delicious food. The beach here is super clean, the scenery is super beautiful, and the swimming pool is spacious. The play area is very beautiful and safe. There is a very convenient internal shuttle. I give it 10 points.

Điểm cộng: + khách sạn đẹp, như hình, các tiện ích như bể bơi, activities khá thú vị và resort rất khuyến khích mọi người tham gia (bắt loa gọi trước khi đến giờ hoạt động chứ không kiểu im ỉm) + bãi biển rất đẹp và nên thơ + ngay trung tâm, quẹo ra phát rất nhiều đồ ăn, hàng quán ngon điểm trừ: + lần đầu tiên thấy resort mà: quy trình + cung thiếu chuyên nghiệp tới vậy. Nhân viên nhìn như kiểu thực tập, tiết kiệm nụ cười, tiết kiệm giao lưu với khách hàng. Theo thói quen và phép lịch sự thì mỗi lần được cách anh trong đó chở đi các điểm, khi xuống tới nơi mình đều cảm ơn rất vui vẻ, nhưng 3 4 anh không một ai đáp lại, kể cả là cái gật đầu hay 1 lời nói. Các xe cũng không có gì để phân biệt là xe chở về khách sạn hay chở về khu villa, mà khi team mình lên xe thì anh lái nói vọng xuống rất to và rất thiếu lịch sự: anh đi đâu? Đi về khách sạn thì anh xuống đợi chuyến sau giúp 🙂 + quầy checkin + quầy checkout làm hoang mang đến bật ngửa :)) quầy checkin đã kém chuyên nghiệp (3 chiếc bàn con chứ không phải 1 quầy checkin hẳn hòi làm mình còn tưởng là bàn book tour đi chơi). Đến lúc checkout thì tất cả khách vào 1 phòng như phòng hội nghị, có 2 nhân viên ngồi ở trên dãy bàn dài phía trên (giống giám thị và hs ghê), khách sẽ đến đưa thẻ, đọc số phòng và về bàn ngồi đợi. Nhân viên khi nhận thẻ mình thấy chat qua zalo chắc là báo số phòng, sau đó cứ ngồi đợi. Nhưng toàn là khách phải hỏi tới hỏi lui thì mới được báo đã checkout xong chứ không bao giờ thấy nhân viên chủ động báo phòng nào đã xong. Thật sự process rất chấm hỏi luôn. + phòng mình thậm chí còn hết cạn sữa tắm @@ nói chung trừ điểm nhân viên và quy trình nhiều, còn lại các mặt khác đều ok, nếu đi lại thì mình vẫn có thể cân nhắc, vì nơi đây chắc sẽ phù hợp với các gia đình có em bé ^^

My family stayed in 3 rooms, 9 nights in total, arriving and leaving at different times, the middle of the week was less crowded than the weekend, and the hotel allowed an early check-in 3 hours and a late checkout 2 hours. The hotel is new, nice and clean, many play areas for children and various relaxing spaces for adults. Large room, very nice sea view. Clean beach, beautiful and clear jade sea water. should buy a full-day meal package at a very reasonable price because many food services spread throughout the day, in the hotel, at the beach or at the swimming pool are included. The staff of the department, the hotel manager are all very enthusiastic and professional. In general, the family has a very good value vacation.

Mình khá hài lòng về phòng ở, khu vui chơi người lớn trẻ em, hồ bơi ăn uống đều rất ổn. Tuy nhiên ấn tượng ban đầu thì hoàn toàn không có thân thiện cho lắm: + Thứ 1, ngay lúc vừa xuống ôtô vào sảnh thì hoàn toàn không có ai hỗ trợ xách bớt hành lý mặc dù vẫn có nhân viên nhắc nhờ chồng mình đậu xe ở bãi. Nhưng mình đang có e bé không thể mang vác nặng nên chồng mình phài phụ mình mang đồ vào sảnh chờ rồi mới ra lái xe vào bãi + Thứ 2 hoàn toàn không có bạn nhân viên đón tiếp, hướng dẫn vào làm thủ tục cũng như welcome drink không hề có. Cũng không có ai hướng dẫn đi lên phòng nào đi hướng nào😊 Chắc có thể khách sạn muốn khách tự trải nghiệm tự đến tìm phòng của mình. + Thứ 3 là thông tin không rõ ràng đến khách. Mình với chồng đi khá nhiều resort 4-5 sao, khi mình đi bơi đi tắm có đồ bẩn lúc mang về thì thường có túi đựng đồ bẩn của khách sạn mình bỏ đồ vào và hoàn toàn có thể mang về. Tuy nhiên ở Slectum Noa mình không hề thấy có ghi chú là không được mang túi đựng đổ bẩn về nên mình cứ hiển nhiên bỏ đồ bẩn( đồ ướt) mang về. Và rồi khi vợchồng mình checkout ra về, trong lúc chờ thủ tục checkout 1 bạn nhân viên đến và bảo trong phòng còn thiếu 1 túi đựng đồ bẩn. 2 Vợ chồng mình mắt chữ anh mồm chữ ô @@ và hỏi lại “ủa không được mang về à em?, anh chị đang để đồ bẩn và ướt” bạn nhân viên “dạ nếu mang về thì mình phải trả tiền ạ, trị giá túi là 250k”. ULT 😊 hồi giờ đi resort chơi chưa gặp trường hợp này. Nếu túi có logo của Slectum Noa hoặc có slogan gì đó thì thôi mình cũng mua để có kỷ niệm và hơn nữa là đang đựng áo quẩn bẩn và ướt, phải dùng túi để tiện xách về. Nhưng đây là 1 chiếc túi trống trơn. Nên nhà mình đã lấy đồ bẩn ra xách tòn ten trong bọc nilon và trả lại túi cho khách sạn ạ. May mình còn bọc trong túi nilon sẵn chứ không lôi đống đồ bẩn ra trước sảnh khách sạn để kiếm bọc khác bỏ thì ôi thôi rồi khá mất mỹ quan của khách sạn 😂** Mong rằng kháchsạn chú ý hơn và ghi lại thông tin để khách du lịch biết và không bị trường hợp như mình ạ. Mình thì đi 1 lần và ý tưởng đến lần thứ 2 thì chưa có ạ. Nhưng cũng sẽ giới thiệu cho người thân bạn bè đi 1 lần để trải nghiệm ạ!

- It took 1 hour to check in, the reception was too slow, I booked through the app but said there was no code, - check out, call the reception to pick up the car but wait 30f to get the car - the pool water is dirty - the breakfast buffet for sticky rice dishes , fried is not good
