On the first day I stayed there, if I got dirty cord to the bed sheet, I soaked in the water to prevent the stain from drying out and asked the mistress to change the station. So on the day of check-out, she jailed us from the top of the room down to the front desk for getting dirty, and I also agreed to compensate for that money, but she also said to me, "If you're good, clean up. the station and then I return, but I do not need your money to do anything. ” When we returned, we greeted her properly but she did not say anything, her face was still staring at us as if we wanted them to leave quickly. The rooms are clean, neat and comfortable for a stay. Only the problem is just the road to the apartment. I strayed several times while staying there. But even though the alley road isn't scary, I went alone and I am a woman. I don't think it's dangerous, because the people who live around there will be happy to help deliver to the apartment. The only minus is the shower can't be used, and overall is good. And we are also given a free netflix there.

Too bad, I came to check in at 22:30. I went alone and had a big heavy suitcase, when there was only 1 room left on the top floor (t4), I could not bring my suitcase because there was no elevator, I asked the receptionist to carry it up. but was bluntly denied: the guests who came to the house had to carry it on their own but she could not help. Treating human customers, while my room payment is in advance. I have an opinion, she said that she went to call the manager herself, what kind of customer service did the sky serve. I was very tired but in the end I still had to drag my suitcase to find another hotel at 23pm because there was no one to bring my suitcase to my room. I was very dissatisfied with this homestay, so I had to drag my suitcase to the far side of the alley.

Check in and just leave the item until the afternoon, the room is leaked, with 525k amount, it is said that we pushed it to one side and whether it was acceptable. Requesting a meeting with the manager will help you not give and solve for yourself 200k and we have to move. Calling to the owner, saying no to the responsibility. Take a look at the room right away 30 De Tham, only 300k / night room 40m2 while spending almost double the amount to enjoy the moon in the leaky room that the owner said is normal ??? I was switched to smiley apartment 3 because the owner missed the guest at the smiley apartment room 9. Everything didn't matter at first until I was about to check out. The guard let us rent the car and said we could go until we got back to the plane. I flew at 21:00 when I checked out from 12pm and sent the goods to get back to dinner. We really like and enjoy staying for 2 days in Smiley apartment. It looks like a small room from the outside, but when you are in, you will feel comfort and cozy with beautiful white interior, clean kitchen and bathroom. You enjoy your rest or watch tv all day in the room. The woman who welcome us, Ms.Kim if I'm not mistaken, Is very informative and friendly. The location also strategic. Close to some restaurants and café. also some travel agent offices.

Kitchen have not enough equipment for cook and they don't provide you microwave, no washer machine so you need to send your cloths to lobby. Maybe you should put broom inside the room so that people can cleanup their room if have some dirty.
