I heard a lot of rumors but when I experienced it, it was great, I was not bothered at all and especially when I checked out 1 hour late, I was not called to knock on the door to urge me to stay. 10 points. Clean, airy, has a washing machine, a kitchen + balcony + full pot. Will come back if I have the chance to go back to lovely Vung Tau.

The apartment is quite small but clean and very fragrant, fully equipped, the TV has Netflix but it's expired. The kitchen gives spices but some of them come out a lot and are a bit dirty. But overall still ok

I experienced staying here for 1 night and felt that this place was not very good. The first thing when checking in was fine but the apartment was not cleaned thoroughly, leaving a broken mirror under the towel causing my family member to bleed. The second thing, the curtain was very wide open and I asked the staff to bring a new electric kettle to fix it but they did not fix it so I had to call the person who checked in to ask them to fix it. The staff's refusal to fix the curtain made me unhappy about this. And besides, the 2 toilet water sprayers were both unstable and leaking. Not to mention, the apartment did NOT have spare sleeping pillows but had 2-3 decorative pillows in there for guests to use as pillows. This pillow emphasized that it was NOT a pillow for a headrest. Is it worth staying in an apartment so poor that there is NO spare pillow? Who is responsible for decorative pillows that require guests to use pillows that are too high, causing headaches for guests? Because the house has one extra person, and if there are a few extra people, the facility is just that poor? This kind of service should be closed down because there is no proper backup. So terrible. Luckily it was only one night!

The room is ok, close to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the beach, there are no restaurants around, you have to go to the center to find a good place to eat, at first the staff was a bit rude, but it's okay. Overall, it's very good for the price, except for the elevator that's always jammed, if you want to go to the swimming pool on the 36th floor, you have to have an elevator card for the 36th floor, if you book a room below, you have to ask someone on the elevator to press the button for you, you have to wear a swimsuit to swim, in general, the security guard at the swimming pool is quite strict, luckily the day I stayed there, I didn't have any noise disturbances or any spiritual incidents, 8/10

The floor of the room is not clean, the elevator is always overloaded, you have to wait a long time, the space is stuffy, the price is not cheap but there are no free bottles of drinking water, the children's pool is not clean probably because it is too crowded

The room is super nice, very suitable for your taste. I have a suggestion that there should be instructions on how to use the equipment in the room. Luckily, I know how to use it, but it seems that some people who go there don't know how to use it. For example, the washing machine has a compartment for washing liquid, detergent, and fabric softener, but when I opened it, there were too many detergents in the compartment.

First time experience, booked a room with a pretty good view. The room is fully equipped with amenities. But during rush hour, the elevator wait took a while😢. Also, the way it was handled, checked the room after checking out and the damage was reported the next day, it was my fault so I was happy😚 Overall, it was pretty good.

When checking in, the staff did not come down to guide me in, they only gave me directions over the phone, because this is an apartment building that is very difficult to get to the point the staff pointed out.
The room was not set up before the guest received it. I had to call to ask for everything
There were no slippers, the bathroom did not have a carpet, every time I went in and out of the bathroom, it was very wet.

The elevator only goes to one side while there are 4 elevators in operation --> crowded with customers, long waiting time.
The 2-bedroom apartment only has 1 shared bathroom.
In conclusion, it is not comfortable because you have to wait for the elevator and the bathroom at the same time because 2 rooms use the same bathroom.
