The hotel is very clean and tidy but the price is too reasonable for a large family, quite close to the sightseeing places. The owners at the hotel are very enthusiastic and friendly, in addition, the hotel also prepares a very good breakfast, the most favorite is the room with a TV connected to the network to watch movies :)) If you have the opportunity to visit Ninh Binh the most Will be back here!

The room is also quite clean, the hostess is enthusiastic, breakfast includes egg sandwiches and spring rolls. The room has full amenities: internet TV, ok air conditioner, kettle, dryer, hot and cold water. No coffee, tea, no elevator. Overall satisfied.

The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and bright. There were many options for breakfast, and was delicious and on time. Lily (owner) took the stress out of activity planning because she organized a local driver for us very quickly upon our arrival. We paid for laundry service which was extremely convenient, affordable, and timely. And most of all, she was super knowledgeable and made excellent activity recommendations considering our interests and the time we had. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lily.

This is the kind of hotel that all travellers expect but seldom find. Here it ticks all the boxes , I could not find a single fault. It was perfect. Spotlessly clean ,immaculate bedrooms and top notch facilities. Adding to all of that the owner and staff were utterly fantastic. They were super friendly and so helpful. So much so I actually returned a few days after leaving because the hotel in Hanoi could nowhere near match the quality and service I received here. I certainly give this hotel a big 5star rating and would recommend to anyone staying in the Tam Coc area of Ninh Binh.

Our stay was incredible. The owner was so lovely and accommodating, making us homemade breakfasts in the morning (the crepes are 10/10!) She went above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and modern, and there were free bikes to use which made exploring Tam Coc easy. The dog was also super cute!!

Our stay was lovely at Tam Coc Lily Homestay. Our hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Tam Coc is very noisy so it was nice to stay here, cycle out to the fields and explore. We didn’t have long here so we used grab to get to and from places quickly, otherwise if your here longer you can hire a scooter from the property easily, or even better cycle for a lovely slow paced explore. We were fed very well each morning and nothing was too much for our host, she even got her teapot out just for us (my other half can’t survive without this morning pot of tea)

We really enjoyed our stay here. Of all the places we have been over 7 months in Southeast Asia, this is the one place I felt actually went above and beyond in terms of customer service! We enjoyed the free bikes and appreciated Lily giving us a map of things to do in the area. She also arranged our sleeper bus, while allowing us to stay in a vacant room that day. She literally put us on the bus and i'm so grateful for a positive experience. The room was clean, but is worth noting the bathroom can be smelly. If this is a concern for you, i'm sure you could address it with her. I gladly recommend this family run business.

Lily and her husband were the best hosts! The check in was so fast and Lily gave us advice on where things were in the area. She makes breakfast to order from a lovely menu and the food was delicious. The room was super clean, spacious, and quiet. She gave us free bicycles to use right away. We also rented scooters from them for just $5 per day. Her husband taught us how to use them and made sure we were comfortable and safe. They let us store our bags until our night bus came after check out and gave us coffee and bananas while we waited in the lobby for the night pickup. I would definitely stay here again. If you want to be well taken care of during your trip to Ninh Binh stay here!

The room was a lot bigger than I expected. The hostess was very friendly and knowledgeable. The policy of no flushing TP caught me off guard but it’s a minor hiccup. Scooters and bicycles were readily available. The homemade breakfasts were worth it.
