This was such a stunning location! Beautiful views over the valley, lovely staff and a short grab ride into Sapa. We loved exploring Sapa, then retreating back to this little serene oasis! Would highly recommend

It was amazing stay with my mom. Even though we couldn’t try the swimming pool because of the weather, the infinity pool from the pool was amazing. The breakfast was also amazing. Staffs were so so kind. Would like to visit again with my siblings

We loved out stay at this hotel! Amazing view from the room on the rice fields terraces and the mountains. Very clean and beautiful facilities. We initially didn’t get the room we booked but after telling the staff they moved us the next day (we arrived in middle of the night) and offered a voucher for the restaurant. The delicious breakfast is offering a nice panel of vietnamese food, that’s what we wanted and loved it!
It’s a 5 min drive to the city I highly suggest renting a motorbike as it will save you from expensive taxi rides :)

Located far from the city center, nothing special, the room arrangement was completely different from what was booked. The breakfast had limited options. The check-in staff made a mistake and didn't inform the guests, disrupting their plans.

It is away from the town centre but the fantastic padi scenery makes up for it. Food is comfortable. Take note not to leave the balcony doors open if you do not wish to have mosquitoes/insects in the room.

I stayed there for 2 nights on December 6/7/8, 2024. The price for two nights was 9.5 million and when the staff swiped the card, I don't know if it was intentional or not, it was 95 million. And now the resort won't refund me, giving many reasons not to refund. While it's not my fault. It's really too bad. They keep making appointments from one day to another, then giving all kinds of reasons, I texted and called but now they don't even bother to answer.

Regarding the issue of the staff accidentally adding a zero, the resort admitted the mistake and immediately refunded the money to you. However, the refund process took longer than usual, not that the resort did NOT refund the money. Please leave an honest review.

My deluxe double room had 2 single beds with a single mattress and a double sheet. That's all because the staff was honest and enthusiastic. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and had a full combo of rain, fog, and cold, so there's nothing more to say. Also, the breakfast was a bit limited compared to the room rate. The 2 breakfasts were almost unchanged and had few dishes.

Amazing property with amazing view right from your own room balcony. A bit far from the center of the city but still less than 10 minutes by motorbikes. Restaurant is a bit slow during lunch time but worth the wait because of the view and the amazing taste. Will come back!

Hotel cancelled my booking with reason of fully booked. Thanks for Traveloka negotiated. Hotel gave me a room with bad smell and the worst location. I requested to change. Again, they said cause I booked via traveloka, they already gave me the room with booking. Does hotel give different treatment with clients booking via Traveloka? I used to booked other hotel in Sapa via Traveloka and was treated very well and respect.
