I booked private double room, comfy bed, clean toilet, hot water is great and they provide hair dryer. The owner is friendly and communicative. They allowed me to check in earlier when I arrived at 10 a.m. They also helped with airport transfer in a fair price.

Serving very badly, carrying the iron to self-ironing, being cursed is not allowed and costly. Book a room at the price of 2 people, then tell 4 people in 1 room to be lucky and ask for ironing.

Small room, near the old town, but the attitude of the owner is very bad, renting a room but having to buy a tour of her house is contemptuous. Just meet each other and remind: "Remember to check out at 12 o'clock, add an hour to charge it", that anyone who knows the room will know, however, every time you see a guest, you will feel like you're chasing people.

The room was quite big and clean. The owner is friendly and enthusiastic. She gave us lots of instruction which helped us plan well for our trip. The location is near the ancient town and takes only 10 minutes walk. I will come back here when I have chance to go to Hoi an

The hostess is very hard. Moisture and odor. I came in the cold season, the room only a thin blanket, when I borrowed a blanket that must say the new owner to borrow with a very uncomfortable attitude.

Really can not be fascinated. Harmony, one-way, thin blanket, down by her extra blanket is uncomfortable. Winter is not summer. The most annoying is the water tank is not hot. Stick to it, but I say bath. Thanks to her, she said hot, hot anymore slipped. Likes hot again wait 5-10p. Sorry, I'm just waiting for half an hour. I said but she was uncomfortable so I did not cry anymore. I was 9h than to go home, she said that she did not like to go out, must not lock the door soon so not sad anymore. He will not see you twice. Thank you! Ps: One more thing is the bathroom has only 2 towels. She asked me not to face the towel.

I had a really bad experience. When the air conditioning is not cool, I just down the house asked if she can see help to me, she immediately became irritated, said a lot of ideas only Vietnam is high demand but not West , and scolded as if I ruined your air conditioning, not guests before using it, (not to mention how much longer hear the words as not like it, do not stay anymore, go to the hotel but ... - here is within the scope of his listening comprehension) After a while she checked up her air conditioning is not cool to be willing to give up her room. The small, easy to handle psychological comfort capital, unexpectedly reacted like that. In addition, her house will close at 11am, I do not go to night so I do not mind but note for you.

The hotel is quite near the old town. The owner is quite friendly, but when guests check out a bit late (specifically late payment of 10 minutes, the hotel automatically cleans the guests out of the room, this makes us feel like being fired. Perhaps the hotel will be a great experience in Hoi An.
