Very centralized and convenient location of the city. The area is safe and walkable to everything you need for your trip. (1) I don't understand why many travelers commented breakfast buffet was splendid with large variety ! There's around 7 main dishes + other side dishes. Taste is not bad but really limited variety, rather a budget buffet.
(2) Room is average clean with many dirty spots on the walls. Shower system is a spoiler where cold/hot water is inconsistent for every bath I took !
(3) I booked for city view room which thinking it is street view which I wanted, however, not, it is a deep in room with backyard (so called city view) view. But the front desk and service staffs are extremely helpful and patient to help me out. At the end, I decided not to change the room since I stayed for only few nights.

Delightful hotel in a great location in the middle of D1, easy walking distance to historical and shopping areas or to the popular Bue Vien area if that's your thing. Easy access to bridges and other districts in town if you need, and 5 min walk to the new Metro. Very affordable, king size bed, quiet street, gym on prem, great free coffee in the lobby every morning. Ticked all the boxes.

It waa a good solid 3 night stay. The bed was comfortable and that is very important to me. There is a safe in the room which is good The shower is a little old. The daily breakfast options were good overall. The pho soup was really good. I would stay here again in the future. They are pretty strict about any visitors or relatives visiting your room past 10:00pm. Also, seeing identifications for all.

It was very noisy at night. The outside sounds can be heard easily from the room. I heard the alarm sounds of other rooms and also elevator sounds. Also, we had a room with window but it was no different than not having a Window.

It's an excellent location in District 1. The hotel is actually spread over three buildings so we had to walk to a different location to get breakfast. The rooms are modern and beds are excellent. We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions and we liked our rooms. The second time we were upgraded to a room with a bath inside the bedroom. It was kind of the hotel to do this, although I personally did not use the bath. It's the kind of facility that some will love, and others will feel indifferent about.
Breakfast is limited, but acceptable for a small hotel. Almost every option contained pork, which I do not eat, so my choice was very constrained. They will offer to make omelettes etc for you, but they use the same utensils for cooking vegetarian food as for normal
food and they don't wash things between, so this will not be acceptable to many. To be fair, this is a problem I encountered all over Vietnam, so this hotel is only doing what everyone else does. There is a small "gym" but that consists of two treadmills and some free weights. It's located at the back next to a pool table which is popular with guests.
Staff were helpful and friendly and I would like to extend a thank you for keeping my headphones safe and returning them to me after I left them behind when I checked out after my first stay.
