I rented a suite room so it was extremely spacious, comfortable, clean, the hotel service was very good. The most impressive thing was that they also rented bicycles for free, I really liked it. Will come back next time.

Very good service, located in the center, surrounded by the highlights of the city. Bicycles are available for guests at the hotel. Polite and enthusiastic staff. Delicious buffet, quite a lot of dishes. The room is as beautiful as the pictures show. Nothing to criticize

Nice room, spacious, airy, with balcony, enthusiastic and lovely staff. Especially has kitchen, big refrigerator. However, the bathroom is often clogged. Room does not have breakfast.

This property was pretty nice. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The pool filter could be better and they should clean the bottom of the pool. Breakfast was decent. They aren’t quick enough at refilling stuff that is empty though. Although breakfast goes until 10am, I find they are basically stopping putting fresh stuff out by 9 am.

Loved staying here. Great staff and amenities. The only reason I didn’t rate them 5 stars is the fact they charged my card twice. Yes, this was fixed promptly with a cash refund, but it shouldn’t have happened at all. I mean who charges a credit card on day 4 of a 6 day stay? Just weird. Anywho. Oh yeah and the breakfast buffet wasn’t that great.

Stayed here for 10 nights, christmas 2019 and over new year.
First we booked another hotel, but after 1 night we had to book another.

This was a nice hotel with good location for my family trip. We had two adults and two kids. We had two bedroom, two bathroom, living room, kitchen, ocean view partially blocked by other hotel buildings. The floor plan was nice and roomy for the four of us. The staff was nice, the location and amenities were nice also. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, massage parlour, stores, cafes, etc. The only negative thing was noise coming from another hotel rooftop party late at night and traffic noise. Sound proofing is not that good.
