I think the best hotel in Western Mui Ne. Close to kite surfing beach and lots of restaurants. The garden is beautiful and the restaurant/breakfast right in beach. Free drinks and snacks at 3-4pm. Very friendly staff.

We loved our room and all of the staff, it was a great, small property which we really wanted after 3 weeks of hectic travel. Beautiful pool, great food - especially breakfast! The staff though- we can’t say enough! 10/10 on all counts! Every one of them - helpful, happy and always available.
Beyond their control was the repair to the beach. We were so disappointed that we couldn’t use the beach due to severe erosion. It was being repaired while we were staying there, but it needed to be done. We’d recommend they let guests know in advance about the conditions and not advertise having an amazing beach. We would’ve gone elsewhere had we known in advance.

The resort is ideally located on the main strip of Mui Ne around 20mins taxi from Phan Thiet train station, with clean spacious comfortable rooms situated in a beautiful garden. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool/lounge area clean and comfortable with direct access to beach. Overall peaceful and quiet throughout our stay.
Restaurant offers variety of western and local dishes which are good, but lacking in flavour at times and slightly more expensive than other comparable restaurants. The menu offers a variety of plant based and meat dishes. Complimentary breakfast was adequate with variety of pastries, fruit and local dishes. Eggs can be made to order but be sure to ask as there is no visible egg station/signage. Complimentary high tea was also available in the afternoon. Good happy hour but limited alcoholic drink options. There are also many and varied restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Villa Aria cares about sustainability and uses natural products. They also try to limit single use waste and encourage guests to do so also, which I appreciate.
Only point for improvement would be mosquito control in the rooms. While repellant is provided in the room, there is no net over the bed and doors don’t seal completely closed so they can still be a nuisance.
Overall very happy with our experience. Will return soon!

This hotel is beautifully presented. The gardens and grounds are well kept and clean. Our room was amazing. The view of the beach was very much enjoyed. It was clean with little touches like a scented candle lit most nights (not all) and our bed turned down. We were given a complimentary massage each and 2 cocktails because our room was not quite ready for us on arrival...even though we arrived early which was lovely. Our concern for this hotel is that most staff have little or no English speaking skills so it makes communication very difficult. The dining staff really need to up their game as well. This is the only place we stayed where we were not greeted on arriving at breakfast or offered tea and coffee. I know this is not a big deal but if they wish to stay in touch with other hotels of the same price and standard, they really need to brush up on these small but appreciated skills. It has the makings of being a 5 star but I could only really rate it a 3 comparing it to other places we stayed at.

Everything about this property was excellent. The check in procedures were quick and easy. Everything was explained and the staff were super accommodating and friendly. The property was very clean and modern. This is actually one of the most well kept properties I've stayed in in Vietnam. I would recommend and hope to visit them again soon. Property was perfectly located near many restaurants and shops. I wanted to rent a motorbike for one day and they quickly got me one although it was 9pm. Loved it!

Great location as near to many restraunts, great rooms very comfortable and spacious.
Staff didn’t speak much English, even ordering eggs for breakfast caused confusion for staff who didn’t even to understand the options given although it was in vietnamaise and English.
Beer was warm and bar area lacking any atmosphere.

We had a very good time here because it is a quite resort, lot of attention to customers, afternoon tea offered for all guests, kind and very welcoming staff. Our kids, 3 and 5 years old, loved swimming pool and beach just in front. Room was very big as well as the terrace. Everything very confortable. We eat always at the restaurant and food was delicious. Guests mostly from Korea. Few from Europe, no Russians.

Our stay at Villa Aria was very relaxing. From the moment we got there, we were made to feel very welcome. The staff we very helpful, and the pool location is just beautiful. Our room was huge, very clean and comfortable.
Our only slight gripe would be the same ‘relaxing’ but slightly sad music was played over and over which didn’t bring much vibe to an evening meal! We dined there once and although the food was great, there were no other diners and paired with the music we decided to dine elsewhere the second night. Overall a brilliant hotel, makes for a very relaxing stop off through travels of Vietnam.

Amazing, clean and spacious room, all green garden, big bathroom. Great service and facilities. Fantastic view at pool and restaurant at beach. Reasonable price and good food. Free fruits to welcome and free afternoon tea. Lemongrass oil candle keeping mosquito away at night. All natural body and hair care products.

Very tiny resort with rude night reception lady asking to keep our passports (saying hotel policy is to do so instead of making copies). We refused and the lady finally went to make copy. Room is very basic, bed linen thin and blackish, already worn out and needs to be upgraded !!! Breakfast with very limited choice and not so fresh. Staff needs more training on how to service clients. definitely not worth 4-star with very so so room facilities.

Very tiny villa. Facilities are old, window door can't closed properly. Noise from neighbour since house is too closed. No privacy. Only one restaurant, functional for all F&B. Some waiter is not diligent. When asking for tea or coffee, the waiter responded for self help. Normally most of good resort will helps, its first time we received response like that. So disappointed of message as well, messager was hired from outside. Only two outdoor beds for message with no privacy.

This is our 2nd time visit MuiNe and selected this hotel from previous customer's feedback. but was not good as we expected. Only reason we chosen this hotel is the location, very convenience to the pubs and restaurants. The villa is very tiny with privacy concern, can see through opposite room and disturbing by noisy neighbours. No SPA facilities, messager is on call from outside.
