I am very satisfied with the service of the Vin system. The staff are very cheerful and know how to please customers. My flight is at 4:10 p.m., so they also supported me to check out at 3:30 p.m. The rooms are clean. I am very satisfied and will choose the Vin system for vacation.

The hotel staff is very supportive and friendly. From the security guard to the spa staff, the service is very attentive. Convenient facial check-in without the need to carry a card. I bought a combo of 3 meals and a ticket to safari+ vin wonder, so I got a great discount. Staying at a hotel with a shuttle bus to the amusement park does not have to cost a taxi. It was a wonderful vacation. Thank you staff

Pros: Clean, well maintained, good food selection at the breakfast buffet, bus shuttle to the entertainment area and to airport.
Cons: The restaurant at the beach has a very limited food choices. No access to the drinking water supply at the beach.

This place is so nice if you want to relax on the beach and easy transportation around the north part of the island. However, the food is so not very good at all and so overpriced. It was really annoying to have to go into town to eat better food at a much better price. Also, no way to get large amounts of water for free here. I asked the bar to fill my water bottle and they said no I had to pay 60,000 for one small water bottle if I wanted water.

Breakfast is plenty but tastes plain, there are events every 2nd evening in the yard keeping you up till 10 pm with loud music, if they clean the pool there is noise till 4AM, the beach loungers are reserved from 8 AM onwards overall not a nice place to stay with family

Cons: local knowledge about other facilities other than VinPearl related is quite limited. Location is too far from other water activities such as snorkeling or diving, therefore more suitable to family and elderly.

Very busy, lots of children, very noisy, impolite & rude guests with huge plates of food from the buffet, lots of noise from jet skis & speed boats. Poor service from disinterested staff. Prices of drink high for poor quality. Rooms tired. The beds were ok. Breakfast acceptable but only before 8am as the queues & lack of supplies made for a scrum later. Ok for one night if visiting a theme park. Nothing else in this part of the island but empty shops. No culture, history or peace & quiet.

The place and people are nice but the food is average. The sunset bbq is actually at 6:30 which is after sunset. The bbq costs 1,100,000 and wasn’t good at all.

Lovely hotel although not much around if you are less interested in the safari theme parks. Beach is brilliant though! Would have preffered that advertising for activities around was less linked to Donald Trump, that really put me off and has a tacky vibe. Food and staff were all great.
