Nice hotel, clean, small room, small bed but full facilities. Breakfast was delicious, I like braised beef the day I stayed, the breakfast area was a bit crowded. The hotel has vending machines, self-laundry areas, basement parking and car parking. The receptionists and hotel staff are very polite and serve very well.

This is my second time staying in the Wing Hotel. Loved everything about it. Staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Not one complaint about this hotel. I'd give it 100 stars if I could. Will be back there next year

This hotel was definitely not worth what we paid and I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s in bad location that is unsafe because of excessive vehicles coming at you at full speed and motorbikes getting even on side walks. This is in addition to stray dogs and trash all around. We also struggled with finding a clean restaurant to eat as food at this hotel was bad and overpriced. The hotel description was misleading in terms of main attractions close by and most of them were far and required a taxi. Also, insulation at this hotel was terrible causing bad smells and excessive noise. We spent two nights at this hotel and was awakened around 430 am every day.
The worst was on day 2 because of loud fire sirens that lasted for over 30 minutes. The room had no phone to call the operator and ask about what was going on. The room was also very basic even though it was on the top floor and had no coffee or tea. Cracks on the walls were very obvious and the ventilation exhausts were dirty including the one that was right above the elevated bed where my daughter was supposed to sleep. Our kids were also disappointed because the description on Expedia said that the room had a bunk bed and this was incorrect. There was only one queen sized bed, one twin sofa, and one elevated bed disconnected from it.

Excellent option for those looking for something different from the busy district 1 shopping district. Mid-way from most sights. Staff members are overall friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was adequate with live stations. The hotel can be on the touristy side with a lots for tourists at peak times. Can get busy.

Had a really great experience at Wink hotel from check-in to departure. Wink is very convivial and great value for the cost. The rooms are admittedly small but work fine for a short stay. The breakfast buffet is a great feature and it is worth adding to your package. The location is also convenient and most attractions are within a 30 min walk of the hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Staff is incredible. Breakfast buffet amazing. But toilet doesn’t flush properly and the smell of the pillows smelled old and dirty. I smelt it as soon as I walked in the room first day. I didn’t even want to put my face into it. On top of that, they didn’t even refill our toilet paper roll. Most hotels give at least two to begin with. As well, no shower door so the water came out onto the floor.
Stayed one night and needed new towels for the morning and saw that they were cleaning rooms on our floor. From morning till 12pm the room was not clean and we were left with a clogged toilet. Only thing good was staff in the lobby and breakfast buffet. Other than that, room smelled and no one came to clean despite putting the clean sign on.

I am at a loss for words for this hotel. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. All staff are very well trained and accommodating. They readily have all the information you needed for your trip. Breakfast was varied and of superb quality. Room was sparkling clean and the bed mattress was so soft and comfortable. What sets this hotel stand out from the rest is it’s unique 24-hr feature - you can check in anytime and check out 24 hrs thereafter. You can save bucks if you arrive early and rest readily from the airport without need of paying early check in fee.

This is good for a short stay. Any longer for two people, the rooms are just too small.
Comfy beds and lines, good shower. Good gym and communal space. The laundry machines were nice to have but expensive.
No coffee or cups but you can ask for a kettle. Breakfast was good.
We enjoyed the location, a bit out of the tourist area, more Vietnamese.
The staff go out of their way to please — very Vietnamese.
