I specifically reserved a room for 3 nights at the win suites because they offered a beautiful looking rooftop pool and bar., but it was closed the whole time i was there. At check-in the front desk did not even tell me that the pool was unavailable. The hotel did nothing to compensate me for my inconvenience and I feel the cheated me. I could have booked a room with the pool I was so eager to have or I could have booked a room for 25 % less somewhere else. Thevstaff offered no apologies. If you are looking for a hotel.with a working pool i would find another place to go.

A nice hotel in a convenient area - walking distance to palace, post office and markets. Breakfast had plenty of options for western or Asian tastes; afternoon tea was a nice treat 2:30-4:30, we checked in at 4:30 & restaurant waited for us which was very lucky. We were in room 402 with window view to park/road, surprisingly it was not very noisy. Unfortunately we did not use the pool as it was under maintenance. Overall a very nice hotel

Great location, very cental. Beside the markets and malls. Lovely room with a great bath. We had drilling starting at 7am . Wall must have no installation as we could hear the room above us watching a movie and hear the content. Another night a neighbouring room was talking very loudly and we could hear their conversation at 2.45 am .

Winsuites Sai Gon Hotel was a great place to stay, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions, making it a very convenient base to explore Ho Chi Minh City.
The service from the hotel staff was very good, and the rooftop swimming pool is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy city views. The food was great, with plenty of options for gluten-free guests like us, which we truly appreciated. I do wish they had gluten-free pancakes like some other hotels we stayed at, I mentioned it but felt a bit overlooked. It’s a small thing, but it would’ve made the experience feel more inclusive.
One highlight was the afternoon tea, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. It gave us a chance to relax after a day of sightseeing and enjoy the hotel’s hospitality.
For those arriving by air: while the hotel offers an airport pickup service, it is significantly more expensive than using Grab. We found Grab to be safe, convenient, and much cheaper, around a third of the price. Just something to consider if you’re looking to save a bit without sacrificing comfort or safety.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Winsuites Sai Gon Hotel again!

The place was very central. The downsides were that there wasn’t any AC in the elevator or hall ways before the rooms. I asked to be switch to a different room as it wasn’t the same as shown in the booking pictures. In the booking, the bathroom was in its own room. The room we got the shower and toilet were caged separately by clear glass. There were pull down curtains but there wasn’t a bathroom door. There was mold on the pull down curtain in the bathroom. I did ask for a new room with a separate closed off bathroom like the booking photos which staff were accommodating about. There was also construction one of the nights starting at 12-2am that was super loud and kept us awake. We did go to the complimentary high tea but I would say skip if it wasn’t very good. There also wasn’t anywhere to stop in front of the hotel which made it difficult for pick ups and drop offs with grab or any tours that we did. The staff however were very nice. I would stay this is a good place to stay if you want to be very central but if you want a nicer hotel then just pay a bit more and go there.

Location, location.. close to Ben Thanh market (few minutes on foot), and surrounding restaurants.
You get what you paid for I guess, we picked a no window room, and it was tiny, enough for a queen bed. The shower screen was narrow with no door, so water splashed everywhere in the bathroom when we had showers, which made the floor slippery and danger, just be mindful of this.
Breakfast was ok with a variety of Vietnamese and Western, including continental.

Winsuites is amazing location. The Winsuite room large and so upscale and classy! The price is unbeatable. The food is very tasty and pool bar staff is so attentive! The pool and view from rooftop is breathtaking and refreshing! The Peach tea is out of this world insanely delicious!!! I will definitely stay again and again!

In general this hotel was fine. Breakfast was limited to fairly basic food. The area outside is constantly busy as to be expected since its city center.
We had a room with a good view on the top floor. We had friends in the same hotel that had a view of a brick wall. So book carefully.
