Jackal Holidays Shuttle Terms & Conditions

  1. Children age 2 years and above must buy full price tickets.
  2. Passengers traveling from the airport are advised to choose a shuttle schedule that departs at least 1 hour after their flights’ arrival. This is to make sure passengers have enough time to board the shuttle after completing the disembarkation processes (e.g. going through immigration, baggage claim, customs).
  3. Passengers must check in at the Jackal Holidays Shuttle’s counter at the departure point, max. 15 minutes before departure time.
  4. Passengers must bring their Traveloka vouchers to check in.
  5. Passengers who already have a ticket are required to be at the departure point no later than 20 minutes before departure to check-in by showing the e-ticket and OTP code and to board before departure.
  6. Departure time can change and will be informed to the passengers max. 30 minutes before the initial departure time.
  7. Each passenger is provided with baggage facilities in the form of: 1 suitcase with a maximum dimension of (55cm x 40cm x 24cm) and 1 handbag (must be stored under the passenger seat). Any baggage exceeding the specified dimensions will be subject to an additional fee (baggage charge).
  8. Departure schedules, vehicle types, points, and routes may change at any time due to operational or external factors (force majeure).
  9. If the passenger fails to arrive at the specified boarding point on time, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.
  10. Passengers who arrive late or not present at the departure point on time will not receive any refunds, vouchers, or compensation (ticket will be deemed invalid and non-refundable).
  11. If your flight is delayed, please contact Traveloka Customer Service at 0804-1500-308 to reschedule. Please note that rescheduling can only be done once.
  12. Reschedule can only be made to the earliest time with the same route, day, and destination.
  13. Passengers may reschedule their departure or arrival at Soekarno Hatta Airport by following Jackal Holidays Shuttle's policy, which includes checking seat availability and schedules and providing a valid proof of changes to their airline departure schedule.
  14. If there is engine damage/technical disruption to the fleet during the journey resulting in delay, Jackal Holidays Shuttle will provide the alternative available transportation to accommodate passengers.
  15. Departure will be based on the information provided on the ticket, including the passenger's name, schedule, departure point, and route.
  16. Managers/Crew/Staff/Officials and Jackal Holidays Shuttle personnel have the right to relocate seats if necessary.
  17. Jackal Holidays Shuttle has the authority to deny boarding to passengers, or to cancel shuttle departure, when necessary.
  18. Jackal Holidays Shuttle reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who fail to present an e-ticket and OTP code, or those who disrupt the comfort or violate the rules.
  19. Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings. Jackal Holidays Shuttle will not be responsible for any loss of personal items.
  20. If arrival time is delayed due to traffic or force majeure, Jackal Holidays Shuttle will not be responsible for the replacement of missed transport connection or accommodation.
  21. In case of delay or cancellation due to technical issues, passengers will receive a refund in the form of voucher.
  22. The ticket price includes life and accident insurance from Jasa Raharja, amounting to:
    1. Death = Rp 25,000,000,-
    2. Permanent Disability = max. Rp 25,000,000,-
    3. Treatment Costs = max. Rp 10,000,000,-
    4. Funeral Contribution (without heirs) = Rp 2,000,000,-

  1. Passengers are not allowed to smoke inside the vehicle.
  2. Passengers are not allowed to carry items dangerous items (e.g. sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, illegal drugs), items with strong odor, animals, or other items that may disturb the comfort of other passengers.
  3. Passengers are not allowed to drive the Jackal Holidays Shuttle’s vehicle.
  4. Passengers are not allowed to use the Jackal Holidays Shuttle’s services for criminal or illegal activities.
  5. Passengers are fully responsible for the consequences resulting from the violations of Jackal Holidays Shuttle’s Terms and Conditions as mentioned above.
