Kangaroo Premier Terms & Conditions

  1. Passengers traveling to the airport are advised to select a schedule that departs at least 5 hours before their flight’s check-in time.
  2. To board the shuttle, passengers have to exchange their Traveloka voucher with a paper ticket from Kangaroo Premier at the departure point.
  3. Ticket is only valid for the passenger as written in the ticket.
  4. Passengers need to show their official identification document (e.g. KTP, SIM) to the Kangaroo Premier staff.
  5. Passengers are only allowed to carry 1 baggage and 1 handbag. Otherwise, passengers will have to pay an extra charge.
  6. Departure time, route, and vehicle type can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
  7. If arrival time is delayed due to traffic or force majeure, Kangaroo Premier will not be responsible for the replacement of any missed flight.
  8. If the shuttle is canceled due to operational issues, passengers will be transferred to the nearest available departure with no additional charge.
