Kediri Station is a big station located in the VII Madiun Operation Area. This station has six lines to serve train travel. Kediri Station is located on Jalan Stasiun, Balowerti Village, adjacent to shopping centres, offices and tourism.
Kediri Station is one of the old stations in East Java. It is estimated that this station was built in 1881. Also, at this station, there are also former Jombang lanes - Pare - Kediri. This line, which was built by the Kediri Stoomtram Maatschappij (KSM) company, was deactivated since 1981. The route is currently still visible, but the condition is neglected, there are even some missing rail sections.

You can go to Kediri because the city has the Simpang Lima Gumul Monument that resembles the Arc de Triomphe. The location is at the Gumul Lima Intersection Roundabout. The 25-meter tall monument is decorated with reliefs depicting the history of Kediri. The Ganesha statue is also located in one corner of the monument.
