Waru Train Station

Waru Station (WR) is located in Kedungrejo, Waru, Sidoarjo. This station is included in the Operation Area VII Surabaya. The location of Waru Station is quite strategic because it is located on the main route of Surabaya City - Sidoarjo and not far from Purabaya or Bungurasih Terminal. Waru Station is located at an altitude of +5 meters above sea level. There are four lines at Waru Station, namely line 1, straight line, lines 2 and 3 which are used for intersections or intercrossing between trains, as well as line 4 which is no longer used very often.

Lines 3 and 4

Before being moved to Kalimas Station, Surabaya in 2015, previously jalu 3 and 4 Waru Station were used for container loading and unloading purposes from Tanjung Priok and Kalimas. Although only operated once in two days. Eventually the container loading and unloading activities were moved due to the construction of the Waru - Buduran frontage road.
