Travel Planner — Traveloka AI Itinerary Planning Feature

By using Travel Planner, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use (“Travel Planner Terms”) and other policies and documents as referred into these Travel Planner terms. These Travel Planner Terms supplement all applicable Traveloka terms, conditions, and policies (collectively, the “Main Terms”), including but not limited to Traveloka’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, which remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between these Travel Planner Terms and the Main Terms in respect of Travel Planner, these Travel Planner Terms shall prevail.

1.1. Travel Planner is an Artificial Intelligence (“AI”)-powered planning feature, powered by Travie (Traveloka’s AI assistant), that is designed to help you turn a broad trip intent into a structured, day-based itinerary (“Itinerary”) that you can review, understand, adjust, and connect to bookable flight, accommodation, and activity products (“Travel Products”) available on the Traveloka Platform. Itinerary content is produced by AI using automated systems and algorithms and is not individually reviewed, verified, or endorsed by Traveloka before being displayed to you.

1.2. Travel Planner’s role is limited to Itinerary planning and discovery only. It does not (a) process payments or confirm bookings, (b) form any part of a binding booking contract between you and Traveloka or a Supplier, (c) provide professional advice of any kind, including financial, legal, medical, or travel safety advice, or (d) guarantee the availability, pricing, or suitability of any Travel Product referenced in an Itinerary.

1.3. If you wish to include an activity in your Itinerary that is not available on the Platform, you may personalize the generated Itinerary by manually adding it to your Itinerary for your own reference (“Custom Activity”). Traveloka does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, pricing, and suitability of any Custom Activity, and a Custom Activity is not bookable through, and does not form part of any transaction on, the Platform.

1.4. If you wish to book any Travel Product referenced in an Itinerary, you will be redirected to the relevant booking page on the Platform, where the transaction will be completed subject to the applicable product terms and the Main Terms. Travel Planner plays no role in the processing or confirmation of any booking.

2.1. Travel Planner’s responses, including recommendations and suggested Travel Products, are generated based on data and inventory available at the time of your request. Traveloka does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Itinerary content. All Itinerary content is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or factually inaccurate. You should independently verify any information provided and not rely solely on the output generated by Travel Planner.

2.2. Prices and availability of Travel Products are dynamic and may change at any time. The results shown by Travel Planner may differ from the actual price and availability displayed on the booking page at the time of your transaction. You are responsible for verifying all material information, including price, availability, and applicable terms directly on the Platform before completing any booking.

2.3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Traveloka is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, reliance on, or sharing of Travel Planner, including its generated output, any Itinerary, or any content or changes made by another user or a third party. Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

2.4. You must not use Travel Planner through any automated tool, bot, or script, or attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Travel Planner or its underlying systems.

3.1. Travel Planner may allow you to share an Itinerary to other users for viewing,or other features that will be developed by Traveloka and its affiliates in the future from time to time, depending on the access options shown when you share it. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate sharing method and/or access level available at the time, and for ensuring that you share an Itinerary only with intended recipients.

3.2. Where Travel Planner provides a shareable link, anyone who obtains that link may view, copy, or where such a feature is made available, to edit the Itinerary, and may forward the link to others. Traveloka is not responsible for access resulting from your or a recipient’s disclosure of the link.

3.3. Where Travel Planner allows editing access to a shared Itinerary, any permitted user with that access may add, change, move, or delete content. Those changes may be visible to other persons with access and may affect the version available to you. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all changes before relying on the Itinerary or making a booking. Traveloka does not guarantee that edits will be error-free, preserved, or attributable to a particular person.

3.4. A recipient may view a shared Itinerary without logging in to Traveloka account, but must log in to a Traveloka account to copy an Itinerary. A copied Itinerary becomes a separate, independent Itinerary in the copying user’s own account, and changes made to a copy will not affect your original Itinerary.

3.5. You and each permitted user are responsible for your own interactions, decisions, and contributed content. You must not add or share content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or in breach of another person’s privacy or other rights. If you include any third-party content, information, or data, you confirm that you have the right to do so and have provided any notice or obtained any consent required by applicable law.

3.6. Sharing an Itinerary does not authorize you to make a booking, incur a charge, or accept terms on behalf of another user. Each traveler remains responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the applicable booking and product terms and for providing accurate traveler information.

3.7. Once shared, an Itinerary cannot be unshared or have its access withdrawn. Deleting an Itinerary may not remove copies, screenshots, exports, or information previously saved or shared by recipients outside Travel Planner. Traveloka does not control a recipient’s use or further disclosure of such copies.

4.1. Your use of Travel Planner is subject to Traveloka’s Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Travel Planner Terms by reference and explains how Traveloka collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects your personal information in connection with the Platform.

4.2. Once generated, your Itinerary will be saved and will not change unless you or a user you permit to access it make further adjustments. Your Itinerary will remain saved and accessible to you and permitted users even after its trip date has passed, for up to 1 (one) year from its generation date, after which Travel Planner will expire and no longer be accessible, unless the Itinerary is deleted, access is withdrawn or the relevant Traveloka account is closed.

4.3. Your saved Itinerary, related inputs, sharing settings, and collaboration activity are stored and linked with your Traveloka account and, where applicable, the accounts of permitted users, for the aforementioned period, consistent with the retention period described in Traveloka’s Privacy Notice.

4.4. While Travel Planner is not designed to collect personal information to generate an Itinerary, you should avoid providing sensitive personal information through your queries or interactions with Travel Planner, including national identification numbers, financial account details, or passwords. Traveloka is not responsible for any loss arising from your voluntary disclosure of such information through Travel Planner.

4.5. Where Traveloka engages third-party providers to power Travel Planner, your interaction data may be shared with such providers solely for the purpose of operating Travel Planner, consistent with Traveloka’s Privacy Notice.

4.6. Where you have used the Travel Planner feature to create an Itinerary, you consent to Traveloka using your Itinerary and interaction data for the purpose of sending you marketing communications relating to the Travel Products featured in the Itinerary you have created.

5.1. Any content created by our AI systems (including Travel Planner) including but not limited to travel itineraries, suggestions, images, and videos (collectively, “AI Output”) remains our property. We grant Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and share AI Output generated throughTravel Planner solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.2. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit AI Output or an Itinerary, or present it as your own original work, except that you may share an Itinerary using the sharing features we provide within the Service (e.g., generating a shareable image or link) for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of AI Output is prohibited and may result in legal action.

5.3. Any Custom Activity, note, edit, or other content that you or a permitted user) adds to an Itinerary (collectively, “User Content”) remains the respective contributor’s own input. Each contributor grants Traveloka a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, display and share that User Content as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, improve and secure Travel Planner and related AI systems, in accordance with Traveloka’s Privacy Notice.

6.1. Traveloka may modify, suspend, or discontinue Travel Planner at any time. Traveloka may also restrict or remove access to an Itinerary or user content where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, enforcement of these Travel Planner Terms, or operation of the feature.

6.2. Traveloka may also update these Travel Planner Terms at any time, with the updated version made available on Traveloka Platform. Your continued use of Travel Planner after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Travel Planner Terms.

6.3. Travel Planner may be offered as a beta or limited-release feature. Its availability, performance, and accuracy are subject to ongoing development and improvement.
