Redemption of Traveloka Points is open until the promotion period ends or the official merchandise is out of stock.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable, and is not redeemable for cash partially or wholly.

Merchandise Redemption and Delivery Mechanism

Winners who have redeemed Traveloka Points will be contacted by Traveloka via email for verification process by filling in information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and coupon code prior to shipping the merchandise.
Traveloka will contact winner who have completed the merchandise delivery details and inform airway bill which can be used to track your package in our designated logistics partner website.
All prizes will be processed to winners within 14 business days, include delivery process by our designated logistics partner to the address notified by the winners to Traveloka.
Traveloka is not responsible for any error of delivery to the address provided by the winners.
The winner will not be required to make any payment in order to receive the prize unless the address provided by the user is beyond the shipping boundary of the designated logistics partner.
The Organizer is entitled entirely in the event of majeure to cancel, shorten or extend, suspend the program period or amend the terms & conditions.

What should I do after I redeem my points?
After you redeem your points, wait for an email from Traveloka within 5 business days. We will inquire about your personal details for verification such as name, address, phone number, email and coupon code.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation from Traveloka to your email address that will include your airway bill and tracking details. Depending on the processing time for your order, it may take up to 5 business days after you submit your personal details to Traveloka.
Whom should I contact if I haven’t received my merchandise?
You can contact our designated logistics partner (JNE) by informing them your airway bill.
I can’t track my order on courier tracking page. How do I track my order?
If you already received your airway bill from Traveloka, you can contact our designated logistics partner.
Can I pick up my order at the Traveloka office?
Unfortunately, you can’t pick up your merchandise at our office. We will deliver your merchandise safely to your preferred location.

Unfortunately, you can’t pick up your merchandise at our designated logistics partner office, except your address is beyond their shipping boundary.
What if the merchandise I want is out of stock?
Our merchandise stock is very limited and we will not re-stock. Please choose another available merchandise that are still available on our Points Catalogue.
What if I want to change the address?
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to change the address once you have submitted your details to us. Please make sure every information we receive is correct.
What if I’m not home when the package arrives?
Our logistic partner will contact you if there is no one available at your home and they will deliver your merchandise the next day.
I ordered multiple items, but I didn’t received all of them at the same time, where are my other items?
Please keep in mind that we are processing your orders within 14 business days, including shipping process by our designated logistics partner, so there is a possibility that your orders are in a different shipping batch.
