1.
Unlimited free reschedule fee from airline for travel date until 31 Dec 2020.

Free 1 time reschedule fee from airline for travel date between 1 Jan – 31 Aug 2021.
3.
Flexible booking is valid for all flights (excluding MEA and Interline).
4.
Reschedule must be made at the latest 31 Jul 2020 for travel date until 31 Dec 2020.
5.
Reschedule must be made at the latest 31 Dec 2020 for travel date 1 Jan – 31 Aug 2021.
6.
Traveloka reschedule fee of IDR 35,000 (domestic one-way) or IDR 50,000 (international one-way) may apply if there’s fare difference between the previous and new ticket.
7.
Refund fee is applied for 10% from flight ticket.
8.
Refund is permitted by exchanging flight ticket into travel voucher (EMD voucher) only which can be used for booking and travel date until 31 Dec 2021.
