If a customer cancels and requests a refund for a transaction made using a Cashback Points coupon, and Traveloka Points from the coupon have been awarded to the user, the refund is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The user will receive a full refund if they have not used any of the Traveloka Points awarded from the Cashback Points coupon. Traveloka will then withdraw all awarded Traveloka Points.

If the user has used Traveloka Points awarded from the Cashback Points coupon, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the used points. This reduced amount will be the final refund value.

For the avoidance of doubt, refunds will remain subject to any applicable laws, as well as applicable policy(ies) from Traveloka and the vendor, as the product and/or service provider.
