Traveloka Explore is a special page on www.traveloka.com website and/or the Traveloka application ("Platform") that showcases various user-generated content relating to the use of Traveloka's services be it in the form of videos, photos, status updates, or any other form of content ("Content").

Creator Leveling is a program for Traveloka users who upload Content on the Traveloka Explore page ("Creator" or "You") ("Program"). Creator Leveling page is accessible for users with Traveloka application version v3.87 or above.

In carrying out the Program, Traveloka will categorize Creators into certain levels and at each level, Creators can enjoy different benefits as determined by Traveloka in this page.

The Program is open to all Traveloka users.

To participate in the Program, You must first log in to your Traveloka account and must possess a registered email .

Creators can access the Traveloka Explore page and upload Content created by the Creator on the said page.

Content must be your own original work. You are not allowed to upload Content belonging to other Creators or duplicate Content owned by other Creators without the original owner of the Content’'s permission.

Content should provide information on travel destinations, travel purposes, products, and/or our relevant experiences and/or services provided on the Traveloka Platform.

You are fully responsible for the Content you upload. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Traveloka from and against any and all liability to any third parties arising from any violation of the Content that you upload on the Platform.

You can upload as much Content as you want but You cannot upload the same Content more than once. If You do so, Traveloka reserves the right to remove that Content.

Traveloka reserves the right to refuse to display or remove Content that has been uploaded if the Content: Contains Violation materials (as defined below); Contains advertisements or marketing information such as watermarks, QR codes, or any promotions outside of Traveloka programs; Is dominated by excessive selfies; Contains Your personal data or information; Is deemed to infringe copyright or violate the terms and conditions; Does not meet other qualifications determined by Traveloka; and/or due to reasons determined by Traveloka.

Content must not contain materials that: Infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties or is the result of plagiarism; Violates applicable laws and regulations, such as containing pornographic material, defamation, hate speech, violating religious, racial, or ethnic sensitivities, violence, and/or other information that may violate applicable laws and regulations (collectively referred to as "Violations").

If Traveloka discovers any Violation or indications of Violation in the Content, Traveloka reserves the right to: Refuse to display the Content on Traveloka Explore; Remove the Content from Traveloka Explore; Cancel the provision of benefits or rewards to you relating to the Content; and/or delete or suspend Your account.

You represent and warrant that you are fully responsible, hold Traveloka harmless, and fully indemnify Traveloka for any loss, claims, liabilities brought by any third party arising from the Content you upload, including in case of Violation of the Content.

15.

All Intellectual Property Rights related to the Content belong to you as the Creator.

By uploading Content on Traveloka Explore, you grant Traveloka the right to display, reproduce, prepare derivative works, and distribute Content on Traveloka Platform.

17.

If one or any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by regulations, it will not affect, invalidate, or eliminate other provisions in the Terms and Conditions. By accessing, using, and uploading Content to the Traveloka Explore page, you are deemed to have read, understood, comprehended, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions

Traveloka has the right to change or add to the provisions in these terms and conditions, without any obligation to give prior notification to you. By participating in the Program, you will be deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions that apply to the Program. You are advised to periodically check these terms and conditions.

Once your account meets the requirements for each level, your account will be automatically upgraded to the corresponding level and receive the associated benefits.
