By participating in the “Gebyar Traveloka” competition (“Competition”), You hereby agree, understand and with good faith will fully comply with these Competition’s terms and conditions, including its amendment or modification which may be determined by us from time to time. Thus, please read the following terms and conditions before deciding to take part in this Competition.

“Gebyar Traveloka” is a competition event held for all Traveloka users.

For round 2, the Competition will start from 3 April 2024 at 10.00.00 WIB until 12 July 2024 at 23.59.59 WIB (“Round 2 Competition Period”). The winners shall be based on the leaderboard standing which will be published by 19 July 2024 (“Initial Announcement”), we will contact the winners through email and the winners must provide confirmation to Traveloka within 5 (five) working days since the latest contact made by Traveloka through email after the date of Initial Announcement. All verified winners of the Competition will be announced at the latest by 26 July 2024 (“Final Announcement”). 

Users must have at least Traveloka Application version 3.91 in order to take part in the Competition and register the user’s phone number as well as the email in the user’s Traveloka Application Account for the purpose of announcement of the winners. 

There will be 200 (two hundred) winners at the end of the Competition for Round 2. One identity can only win 1 (one) prize. The winners must be Indonesian citizens and domiciled in the Republic of Indonesia. Make sure the full name in Your Traveloka Application Account is the same as recorded in your Indonesian Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk or “KTP”).

Winners will be determined based on the highest scores that You have. In order to increase the score, You must earn as many Points and/or additional score as possible during the Round 2 Competition Period, under the following conditions: (a) Activated Points can be earned from transactions of Traveloka products in the Traveloka platform, which will then be converted into Competition Score (“Competition Score”). Points owned by You before joining the competition will not be accumulated to the Competition Score. (b) You will get a multiplier score based on the product of their purchase: (i) Score from activated Points earned from hotel and Xperience purchase will be multiplied by x10 (example: if you obtain 500 Points from hotel transaction, will be multiplied into 5,000 Competition Score). (ii) Score from activated Points earned from flight and ground transport purchase will be multiplied by x1 (example: if you obtain 500 points from flight transaction, will be multiplied into 500 Competition Score). (c) Competition Score can be earned by visiting any product in Traveloka through using the search bar on the Traveloka Homepage 1 (one) time per day, in the amount of 1,000 (one thousand) Competition Score per day. To avoid confusion, this is done through searching a product or promo in the search bar on the homepage using the keyword of an existing product name and city destination on Traveloka platform. (example: Hotel at Osaka, Flight to Singapore, etc.). (d) The following Points will not be accumulated to the Competition Score: (i) Traveloka Points obtained from cashback returned in the form of Points; (ii) Traveloka Points which were manually injected for complimentary purpose; (iii)Traveloka Points obtained as employee allowance; (iv) Traveloka Points obtained from transaction(s) purchased using Traveloka Mandiri Cobrand card; (v) Traveloka Points obtained from bank(s) though application for credit card and Bank points conversion; and (vi) Traveloka Points owned by You before joining the Competition Round 2.

In addition to point 6 above, the Competition’s participants can also increase their score on the leaderboard by sharing Gebyar Traveloka’s page link to other existing Traveloka users for the purpose of referral. For every successful referral, the user will receive an extra 10,000 (ten thousand) Competition Score on the leaderboard. To avoid any confusion, a referral is considered as successful when You have made another existing Traveloka user visit the Gebyar Traveloka page using the link shared by You with application version 3.96. The newly added score will not affect the number of total Points that You have, but only as an additional score displayed on the leaderboard. The maximum number of shares from 1 (one) profile ID is 100 (one hundred) shares, therefore, the maximum score that a user can get from a referral is up to 1,000,000 (one million) score plus an additional 1,000,000 score if User completes 100 (one hundred) referrals during the Round 2 Competition. If a user shares the promo page with more than 100 (one hundred) users, the score will not increase beyond 2,000,000 (two million).

The Points amount that You earn would be different for each transaction. You may see the amount on the payment page when You are completing a transaction.

There will be 1 (one) Grand Prize for the first place winner with the highest score at the end of the Round 2 Competition Period and other exclusive prizes for the remaining participants. Make sure You are included in the 200 (two hundred) top participants with the highest score in order to win the prize. 

We will provide a live leaderboard where all participants can see their current rank and score in real time. This live leaderboard can be accessed in the Traveloka Application. By participating in this Competition, You agree to allow Traveloka to publish your name and the amount of Competition Score You have collected throughout the Round 2 Competition Period as a score in the leaderboard.  

You are required to visit the leaderboard page every Sunday during the Round 2 Competition Period. Failure to do so may result in the score being deducted by 100,000 (one hundred thousand), if Your score is less than 100,000 (one hundred thousand) then it will be deducted from the remaining score on the next day. This score deduction will not affect the current Points You have in the Your account. You have to make sure to visit the leaderboard page on Sunday.

Every activated Points earned during the Round 2 Competition Period will be automatically counted as the progression of Your score and it will be automatically reflected in the leaderboard.

If You previously took part in Gebyar Traveloka Round 1, the Competition Score obtained in Gebyar Traveloka Round 1 will not be accumulated to Gebyar Traveloka Round 2.

Each Traveloka user that wishes to take part in the Round 2 Competition must redeem 5,000 (five thousand) Traveloka Points. In order to participate in Round 2 of the Competition, You are only required to redeem 1 (one) time, and the redeemed points will not be accumulated to Your score. Traveloka Points that have been redeemed for taking part in the Competition are non-refundable. 

Once You redeem Your Traveloka Points, the Competition Score on the leaderboard will be visible if the Traveloka Points that You obtained during the Round 2 Competition Period are already active, not in a state of pending points.

During the Round 2 Competition Period, Instant Active Points feature will be deactivated temporarily for all users.

The winner at the end of the event must be a Traveloka user with the highest score as shown in the leaderboard and have fulfilled all of the other requirements as stated in this terms and condition.

Competition participants who redeem their Traveloka Points during the Round 2 Competition Period will not affect the score shown in the leaderboard of the Competition.

All of the winner’s prize tax(es) shall be borne by the winner, which must be paid by the winner in accordance with the procedure which will be informed by Traveloka and/or Traveloka’s partner on a later date.

In order to claim the prize, winners must inform the token number the winner received during the redemption of 5,000 (one thousand) Traveloka Points while registering to participate in the Round 2 Competition. Make sure You keep your token number when redeeming your Traveloka Points to participate in the Competition.

Should You be declared as one of the winners, You hereby agree to allow Traveloka to share Your personal information to a third party(ies) partnering with Traveloka, for the purpose of (as applicable): (i) delivery of the prize to You; and (ii) publication activities by Traveloka regarding the Competition and the winners.

If we detect any fraudulent or suspicious activity(ies) on Your Traveloka Account and/or from Your participation in the Competition, we reserve our right to deactivate or suspend Your Traveloka Account and/or reduce Your score in the Competition. This deactivation or suspension shall include, but not limited to, the confiscation of any rewards You have gained throughout the Round 2 Competition Period and/or disqualification from the Competition, and the reduction of Your score in the Competition can be made in the event of fraudulent or suspicious activity, including but not limited to, unusual repeated transactions in large quantities within a short span of time, unusual repeated transactions in large quantities with product and/or service consumption period outside the Round 2 Competition or unusual repeated transactions with large amounts and followed by unusual refund requests.

If we find that You have used Your Traveloka Account and/or points fraudulently or maliciously, You will be prohibited from participating in future programs that Traveloka may organize, administer, and/or effectuate.

We reserve our rights to take any legal action against You if we discover that You fraudulently or maliciously, or have used falsified information in order to take part or win the Competition. You may also be liable for monetary losses to Traveloka, including, but not limited to, any legal costs and fees.

We reserve the right to change these “Gebyar Traveloka” terms and conditions subject to our sole discretion and without prior notification to You.

We reserve the right to stop the whole Competition subject to our sole discretion and without prior notification to You.

Traveloka is not responsible for any loss or damage due to unexpected extraordinary (force majeure events) and/or events beyond Traveloka's control.

Traveloka is not responsible for any form of winner announcement outside of the official Traveloka account.

If Traveloka finds any fraud committed by the winner in Gebyar Traveloka, Traveloka has the right to cancel it completely and transfer the prize to the next winner.

All Traveloka employees are not allowed to take part in this Competition.
