You acknowledge and accept that the use of Traveloka’s Hall of Priority feature is subject to Traveloka’s Hall of Priority Terms and Conditions and its Privacy Policy. By continuing the use of Traveloka’s Hall of Priority feature, you hereby agree and provide consent to Traveloka Group Companies for the collection, processing, storage, display, and the transfer of your personal data (including but not limited to, any of your transaction history in Traveloka’s application) for the purpose of creating a personalised journey with Traveloka within the framework of Traveloka’s Hall of Priority feature.

You understand and agree that in Traveloka’s Hall of Priority feature, your personal data and related actions, especially those related to your transaction history such as, but not limited to: (i) the name and location of the services providers as well as the type of services that you booked, reserved, subscribed, utilized, or purchased; (ii) the time and date of your reservation, stays, travel, orders, or purchases; (iii) rewards, points, discounts, or promotions generated from or granted to your transactions and its related utilizations or redemption; (iv) the search queries; and (v) such other details as indicated in or related to your transaction history, will be analyzed using our algorithm and presented in an interactive and creative manner only for you and accessible only to your account.

You are suggested not to continue your use of Traveloka’s Hall of Priority feature if the above data usages and personalisation methods are not acceptable for you. 

In Traveloka’s Hall of Priority feature, we will enable a function where you can share the result of the Traveloka’s Hall of Priority feature to any other platforms. You acknowledge and agree that the foregoing action is in your absolute discretion. Once you decide to share the result of your Traveloka’s Hall of Priority feature, your data will be subject to the privacy policy of the relevant platform (including your storage device or facilities, if you have downloaded them before sharing).

Traveloka will not be responsible or liable for any misuse of any data from Traveloka’s Hall of Priority result that you have downloaded and/or shared to other platforms operated by third parties. In case you have done so, you agree that you will be fully responsible for such actions.
