Coverage

Personal Accident

Covers you from unwanted scenarios such as accidents or injuries up to Rp500.000.000

Trip Cancellation by Passenger

If you need to cancel your trip due to illness, injury, or other personal reasons as stated in the policy, you can get compensated up to Rp30.000.000

Flight Delay due to Mechanical Issue & Bad Weather

If your flight gets delayed, you’ll receive Rp750.000 per 4 (four) hours of delay or a maximum of Rp4.500.000.

Baggage Delay

If your flight gets delayed, you’ll receive Rp500.000 per 4 (four) hours of delay or a maximum of Rp3.000.000.

Missed Travel Connection

If you missed your connecting flight due to the late arrival of your incoming flight and no transport substitute is available by the time you eventually arrive, you can get compensated up to Rp5.000.000

Late arrival at the airport.

Cancellation by airlines.

Cancellation reasons not stated in the Specified Cause in the Certificate of Insurance.

Death by sickness.
