The Free reschedule Promo Program is valid for flights with a Date of Travel (DOT) 15 July 2022 to 15 October 2022

The promo program is valid for purchasing one way and round trip tickets

With this Free reschedule promo program, customers are not subject to rescheduling fees or class difference fees

Free rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 (two) times with a maximum departure of 30 days (H+30) from the first original schedule.

Free rescheduling is only valid for rescheduling applications at least 72 hours before

Free Reschedule can be done through Traveloka Contact Center.

Free reschedule at point 3 does not apply if the new schedule is included in the Blackout Date set by Citilink

Changes in the schedule (rescheduling) that do not meet the provisions of points 1 to 6 above can still be made with a rescheduling fee and class price difference (if any).
