Terms and Condition Challenge
1.
Open to all Traveloka users. You must first log in to your Traveloka account and have a registered email.
2.
Contestants must upload videos with the hashtag #TECNOPHANTOMVFlip5G on Traveloka Explore on the Traveloka application and contestant Instagram (participant accounts must be set publicly). Content without the hashtag #TECNOPHANTOMVFlip5G is considered not participating in the challenge
3.
Videos that are only uploaded on one of the platforms (only Instagram or Traveloka Explore) will be declared invalid or disqualified.
4.
Content can be recorded using a cellphone or professional camera
5.
Do not show other phone brands in the video
6.
Video uploaded to Traveloka Explore must be original video, without any watermark. Video with watermark will automatically be rejected.
7.
Contestants are allowed to upload as many times as possible.
8.
Each user has only 1 best content to win prizes.
9.
Contestants must follow and tag IG @traveloka.id and @tecnoindonesia
10.
The challenge will last for one month. From December 7th, 2023 to January 14th, 2024 at 23:59:59
11.
Winners will be determined based on the most interesting video and according to the theme given.
12.
Announcement of winners will be informed on IG @traveloka.id, make sure the participants turn on Instagram account notifications and don't lock Instagram accounts.

There will be 6 winners and the total winning prize is 14 Million. You can see the details in the banner above.

The winner's decision cannot be contested
15.
Make sure your Traveloka Apps are on the latest version, which is 3.80.0
16.
Winners will be announced on January 19th, 2024 on the official Instagram @traveloka.id and on Traveloka Explore.
17.
Prize will be given following the regulations at that time, including regulations regarding travel
18.
The video of the main winner with the TECNO PHANTOM V Flip 5G prize will belong to TECNO. The relevant Contestant hereby transfer to TECNO the full worldwide copyright and all other intellectual property or similar rights, without limitation all rights to copy, communicate, distribute, adapt translate, modify, use or exploit the work by any means.

The main prize, TECNO PHANTOM V Flip 5G, will be sent by TECNO.
20.
The recipient of the prize must be the same person in the submitted video

Traveloka has the right to disclose or to make decision if Traveloka detects and indication of a violation

Traveloka reserves the right to delete content that does not meet the provision of Traveloka, without prior notice

Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice

Traveloka has the right to abort the winner if the video or content does not match the format and conditions of the challenge

26.
Content that is indecent, contains violence, crime, illegal activities, plagiarism and violations of any kind is prohibited from being uploaded in this program.
27.
Losses in any form due to content uploads will be fully borne by the user.
28.
The challenge can only be participated by people with Indonesian citizenship (have an ID card / KK)
Terms and Condition General
1.
By entering the Challenge, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the Terms and Conditions of this Challenge and agreed to the privacy policy which can be accessed here
2.
All employees of Traveloka and Transsion Holdings may participate in the Traveloka #FlipitNow Challenge but are not allowed to receive Prizes.
3.
If Traveloka finds fraud & violations committed by the user in participating in the Traveloka #FlipitNow Challenge, Traveloka has the right to cancel the prize that will be given to the user.
4.
Beware of scams. Announcements will be officially announced only on IG Story from Traveloka's official Instagram account (@traveloka.id). Traveloka does not announce the winner through any other communication channel.
5.
Please note: Traveloka does not charge any fees for organizing this competition. Please be careful in replying to each winning message so you don't get caught in a scam (especially variations in Traveloka account names which may be made similar, such as “Travelokaa”, “Traveloka_” and so on). Traveloka is not responsible for all forms of winner announcements outside the official Traveloka account.

Traveloka is not responsible for any loss or damage due to unexpected extraordinary events and/or events beyond Traveloka's control

The winner announced by Traveloka is final and cannot be contested. The participants will release Traveloka from all claims or compensation related to the #FlipitNow Challenge
8.
By participating in the Challenge and uploading the video on Traveloka Explore, the Contestants grant Traveloka the right to display, reproduce, prepare derivative works, and distribute videos and/or contents on Traveloka Platform during and even after the Challenge period.
9.
Traveloka, as the organizer, has the right to use the voice, image, photo, and name of the winners for publication purposes (in any form of media, including photos and videos on the internet, all official websites and social media accounts), as well as in promotional materials, for an unlimited period during and after the Challenge period, without additional compensation or prior notice.
10.
If for any reason any aspect of this Challenge is not capable of running as planned, Traveloka may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Challenge, or invalidate any affected entries by the Contestants.
11.
Traveloka, may collect necessary personal data and information from the Contestant(s) for the explicit purpose of prize distribution and other administrative matters related to the Challenge. This included, but no limited to name, email, address, phone number, ID card number (Nomor KTP), Tax Identification Number (Nomor NPWP), and address on Tax Identification Number (alamat NPWP). The processing of this data is based on the legitimate interest of administering the Challenge. Traveloka commits to handling this data in accordance with applicable laws & regulations, as well as ensuring the security and confidentiality of the collected information.
