Notification: Important news for us all!

Due to the termination of the Traveloka Eats service as part of our strategy and business priorities on 30 October 2022, we will refund the purchase of Gift Vouchers for Eats products that you have not used, according to the amount you paid to Traveloka (deducted with the amount of discount from coupons used, if any)

We would like to ask for your cooperation to be able to check your email or Push Notification on your Traveloka account with the subject: Send Details for Refund

If until 30 November 2022, we have not received your bank account details for this refund process, then the validity of your Gift Voucher for Eats products will automatically change to other Traveloka products. We will start the refund process starting on November 30, 2022. Thank you.
