Terms & Conditions for Auto Upgrade to Gold Priority

Traveloka Mandiri Card user will receive an automatic upgrade to the Gold tier in the Traveloka Priority loyalty program. Enjoy exclusive benefits, including hotel discounts, 1.5x Points Multiplier, and special Gold coupons when making transactions on Traveloka.
Your Traveloka account must use the same email registered with Mandiri.
You must register your Traveloka Mandiri Card in the Traveloka app by following these steps:
Log in/Register to your Traveloka account.
Go to My Account > travelokaPay.
Select Add My Cards > Add Credit/Debit Card.
Enter your card information and click Add Card.
The upgrade process will take up to 60 working days after the card is approved, provided that steps 1 and 2 have been completed.
The Gold tier upgrade is only valid for users registered in the Traveloka Priority Indonesia program.
The Gold tier status will remain active until the card expires, the account is closed, the Traveloka Mandiri Card partnership ends, or there are changes in the Traveloka Priority program.

Purchase must be made within 3 months since the card was approved.
You will earn 500.000 Points if you apply for a primary card, and 250.000 Points if you also apply for a supplementary card from Traveloka channel.
The supplementary card must be requested at the same time and only applicable for direct sale channel
Please make sure that the email you use for Traveloka Mandiri Card is also registered on Traveloka so that your Points can be added to your Traveloka account..
If we are unable to add your Points to your account, then we will attempt it again on the 1st day of the next month.
If Points cannot be added to your account after 3 attempts, then your Points will become invalid.
The accumulation of Traveloka Points is calculated based on credit card transaction activity conducted from the 20th of a given month ("Start Date of Calculation") until the 19th of the following month ("End Date of Calculation").
The crediting of Traveloka Points will be carried out at the latest within one (1) month after the End Date of Calculation to the Traveloka account of the Cardholder, provided that the email address registered in Bank Mandiri’s system matches the email registered on the Traveloka Platform.
Illustration: Mr. Adi is a Cardholder who makes a transaction on March 25, 2025. For this transaction, Mr. Adi is entitled to earn Traveloka Points and will receive them in his account on the platform no later than May 19, 2025.

Here’s the fastest way to collect Traveloka Points: you will earn 100 Point for every Rp10.000 transaction that you make using Traveloka Mandiri Card, for any kind of purchase anywhere, both online and offline.
Point earning is valid for any transaction, except for installment purchases and QRIS.
Transactions made using your supplementary card will also earn you Points, but Points accrue in your name only.

Terms & Conditions for Traveloka Points for Hotel and Flight Bookings at Traveloka Apps

You will earn double Points every time you book any flight and/or hotel on Traveloka.
Double Points earning is valid for any flight, hotel in any destination for purchases made using Traveloka Mandiri Card on Traveloka.
Points will be rewarded maximum 7 days after you complete your trip.

Terms & Conditions for Free Annual Fee and Other Benefits

Free annual fee for the first year!
Annual fee for the primary cardholder: Rp500,000/year.
Annual fee for supplementary cardholders: Rp250,000/year.
Travel Accident Insurance – Up to Rp1,000,000,000 for accident compensation during travel, including trips to/from the airport.
Flight Delay Compensation – Up to Rp5,000,000 for flight delays exceeding 4 hours.
Baggage Delay Compensation – Up to Rp5,000,000 for baggage delays exceeding 6 hours.
Purchase Protection – Up to Rp50,000,000 for theft or accidental damage. Gadget purchases are also covered, with a maximum of 2 claims per year.
