Vaccination center operational hours: 08.00 - 15.00 WIB ( Break 12.00 - 13.00 ).

This vaccination program is valid for Indonesian citizens (WNI) who are seniors citizens (50 years old and above), persons with disabilities (18 years old and above), or teachers (including School Staff) in South Tangerang City.

Terms and Conditions

1.
This vaccination program is free of charge
2.
One voucher is only valid for 1 person and 1 dose of the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine. To be fully vaccinated, you have to receive 2 doses of vaccine with an interval of 14 to 28 days between each injection
3.
Registration for the second dose of vaccine can only be done if you have received the first dose through Traveloka
4.
This vaccination is only valid for Indonesian citizens (WNI) who are seniors (50 years old and above) legally residing in Tangerang Selatan, people with disabilities (18 years old and above) legally residing in Tangerang Selatan, or educators (teachers and school staff) working in the Tangerang Selatan area with a proof of employment in the form of an employment letter from a school, university, or institute of any level (Tuition, SD, SMP, SMA, Boarding School, University) located in Tangerang Selatan (educators may be residents outside of Tangerang Selatan).

You can register for other people who are eligible for the vaccine

Upon arrival at the vaccination center, you must present your Traveloka voucher, a valid KTP, and, if needed, a domicile letter or proof employment.

The service provider reserves the right to deny service to those unable to present the required documents

People with the following conditions are not eligible for the vaccine: blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg, type 2 diabetes mellitus disease and HbA1C below 59 mmol/mol or 7.5%, serious allergies, kidney diseases, rheumatism, or chronic digestive diseases, have had COVID-19 less than 3 months before the selected vaccination date, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) within the last 7 days

The vaccination will be postponed if you have a fever (above 37.5 degree Celsius)
