 What are the current regulations for overseas travel? Each country has different regulations. Get the latest information about all the requirements of your origin, destination, and transit cities or countries. For more information, click here.

What about the conditions when arriving at the destination country and returning to Indonesia?  All travelers are required to undergo quarantine at the designated place once arrived in Indonesia. What should I prepare for a trip abroad? Travelers must present a complete COVID-19 vaccination card/certificate, PCR test with negative results, proven documentation from medical specialists for travelers who have not been vaccinated due to medical reasons, required to undergo quarantine at the designated place, as well as prepare other supporting documents such as passports and regulatory documents. However, please note that regulations may change without prior notice and might affect actual conditions in the field.

Does the package price include hotel costs for quarantine in the destination country and in Indonesia? Each tour package offers different facilities. Customers can see the details in each travel package.

What is the next process after I buy a tour package from Traveloka Xperience? Traveloka will proceed with the customers’ booking to travel agents. After that, the customer will be contacted directly by the relevant travel agent. Please fill in contact and traveler details, and make sure all details are correct.

What should I do if I want to change or cancel my tour package booking? Customers can directly contact the travel agent and make adjustments.

Can a canceled booking be refunded? Booking can be canceled under certain conditions set by Traveloka and the travel agents.

If there are things that don't match (such as flight schedule changes, not satisfactory with hotel services, etc.), can Traveloka rearrange them? If there are flight schedule changes or other things on the spot, the customer can directly coordinate with the travel agent.
