Rental cost is determined by the pick-up/drop-off zone, route, and type of car.
Rental cost includes driver, fuel, toll, and parking fees.
Passengers must pay the extra cost that may result from changes in the pick-up or drop-off zone. Payment must be in cash, made directly to the SST Global staff or driver.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Passengers are strongly advised to book the vehicle with 45 - 60 mins pick-up time after flight arrival.
Transport to airport rules:
Driver will wait for passengers max. 30 minutes from the agreed pick-up time. Should the passengers exceed the waiting period, they will be charged THB 100 paid in cash to the driver.
If passengers do not come within 60 minutes, the booking will be marked as 'no-show', and the passengers are not allowed to refund.
Airport pick-up rules:
Driver will wait for passengers max. 120 minutes from the agreed pick-up time. Should the passengers exceed the waiting period, they will be charged THB 200 paid in cash to the driver.
If passengers do not come within 180 minutes, the booking will be marked as 'no-show', and the passengers are not allowed to refund.
In case of delayed flights, SST Global will give passengers extra waiting time. Passengers must inform the delay to SST Global call center at +669 4533 7677 or contact Traveloka Customer Service before boarding and provide information of their valid flight number.
Passengers are able to change their flight and contact details by calling SST Global at +669 4553 7677 or via Traveloka Customer Service.
SST Global provides complimentary insurance from Bangkok Insurance PLC. Please inform the total number of passengers and full name of passengers representative (one person) in Note section. The identity details must match with the passport.
Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items into the SST Global vehicle. Dangerous items include but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the SST Global vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the SST Global service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from violations of the policy mentioned above.
Reschedule can only be done at the latest 3 hours before pick-up time.
Your reschedule request is based on car availability.
Reschedule is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borned to the passenger.

Refund is available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Refund amount is 100% of the rental cost.
Refund amount will be returned via the payment method used during booking.
