Passengers have to check in at the departure point max. 5 minutes before departure time. Otherwise, tickets will be canceled and passengers cannot ask for a refund.
Passengers are allowed to carry 1 regular-size baggage. Large or heavy items will be subject to an extra charge.

Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
If the bus is canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances, the passengers will get a full refund. Other losses relating to this condition is outside of Rama Sakti’s responsibility.
Rama Sakti has the authority to drop off or deny boarding to passengers who disturb the safety and comfort of other passengers.
Rama Sakti will not pick up passengers outside the official boarding points.
Passengers experiencing poor service (e.g. not being dropped off at the agreed location, the bus staff turning off the bus’s AC) are encouraged to report it to Rama Sakti.
Passengers are encouraged to submit any complaint or suggestion to Rama Sakti.
