Rama Sakti Terms & Conditions

1. Passengers have to check in at the departure point max. 5 minutes before departure time. Otherwise, tickets will be canceled and passengers cannot ask for a refund.

2. Passengers are allowed to carry 1 regular-size baggage. Large or heavy items will be subject to an extra charge.

3. Passengers are not allowed to carry items with strong odor (e.g. durian) or flammable substances (e.g. gas cylinders).

4. Rama Sakti will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or mix up of personal items.

5. Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.

6. If the bus is canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances, the passengers will get a full refund. Other losses relating to this condition is outside of Rama Sakti’s responsibility.

7. Rama Sakti has the authority to drop off or deny boarding to passengers who disturb the safety and comfort of other passengers.

8. Rama Sakti will not pick up passengers outside the official boarding points.

9. Passengers experiencing poor service (e.g. not being dropped off at the agreed location, the bus staff turning off the bus’s AC) are encouraged to report it to Rama Sakti.

10. Passengers are encouraged to submit any complaint or suggestion to Rama Sakti.

Rama Sakti Refund Policy

1. To cancel your ticket and ask for a refund, call Rama Sakti at (0274) 514 794 or go to the nearest Rama Sakti office.

2. Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and Traveloka e-ticket when canceling your ticket booking.

3. Cancellation can only be done at the latest 1 day before departure.

4. The refund amount is subject to the following conditions: - For cancellation 2 days before departure, refund amount is 100% of the ticket price. - For cancellation 1 day before departure, refund amount is 75% of the ticket price.

5. Collect your refund at the Rama Sakti office.

Rama Sakti Reschedule Policy

1. To reschedule, call Rama Sakti at (0274) 514 794 or go to the nearest Rama Sakti office.

2. Reschedule can only be done at the latest 3 days before departure.

3. Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and Traveloka e-ticket when rescheduling.

4. Get your new ticket at the nearest Rama Sakti office.
