Ticket is only valid for the departure date and time as written in the ticket.

Maximum baggage is 10 kg. Otherwise, passenger will have to pay an extra charge.

Passengers are not allowed to carry animals.

Sedya Mulya will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or mix up of personal items.

Passengers will be transferred to another bus in Sedya Mulya’s head office in Wonogiri before continuing the trip to their destination.

Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund.

Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.

If the bus is canceled due to mechanical failure, passengers will be transferred to another available bus.
