Traveloka Mandiri Card is a co-brand credit card from Traveloka and Mandiri and supported by VISA network, can be used within and outside Traveloka for both online and offline transactions.

You will enjoy various benefits such as a welcome bonus, double cashback for purchasing Flights & Hotels on Traveloka, free installment fees for Traveloka transactions, free annual fee, earn more Traveloka Points, free upgrade to Traveloka Gold Priority, daily discounts on Traveloka, and other exclusive offers from Mandiri merchants.

The annual fee is Rp500,000/year (for primary cardholder) and Rp250,000/year (for supplementary cardholder). However, you’ll receive a complimentary FREE annual fee for up to the first 2 years. Annual fees are free for life for cards applied between July 1 and 31, 2025 and approved at any time.

To be eligible for application, you must be between 17-70 years old, have a valid Indonesian KTP, and maintain an active Indonesian (+62) mobile phone number.

The verification process will take around 14 working days. Make sure your mobile number is active and your relatives can also be contacted. Regular Period


  • For your application, you will receive 500,000 Traveloka Points when applying for a primary card through online channels (Traveloka App / Livin’ by Mandiri / Website). If you apply through offline channels (Bank Mandiri Sales / Telesales), you will receive 300,000 Points.
  • Valid with a minimum accumulated spend of Rp1 million within 3 months after card approval.


General Terms & Conditions


  • Make sure the email you use to apply for the Traveloka Mandiri Card is also registered on Traveloka, so your Points can be credited directly to your Traveloka account.
  • Effective 21 November 2025, for Mandiri Traveloka Cards approved after 20 October 2025, the welcome bonus will be granted up to T+3 after you meet the requirements.
  • For Mandiri Traveloka Cards approved before 20 October 2025, the welcome bonus will be granted no later than the 20th of the following month for cardholders whose first transaction occurred between the 20th of the previous month and the 19th of the current month, after meeting the requirements.
  • Welcome Bonus is valid only for customers who have never owned a Bank Mandiri credit card before, either primary or supplementary card.


You will earn double Points every time you book any flight and/or hotel on Traveloka.


Terms & Conditions:

- Double Points earning is valid for any flights and hotels purchases in any destination using Traveloka Mandiri Card on Traveloka.

- Points will be rewarded within maximum 7 days after you complete your trip.

- The extra 2x Traveloka Points are calculated based on the total Points earned from the transaction. If the transaction does not generate Points (for example, when using coupons or vouchers), the 2x bonus will not apply.

Details:

- Travel accident: up to Rp1.000.000.000 for accidents during your travel, including trip to- and from- airport.

- Flight delay: up to Rp5.000.000 compensation when your flight was delayed for more than 4 hours.

- Baggage delay: up to Rp5.000.000 when your baggage was delayed for more than 6 hours.

- Purchase protection: up to Rp50.000.000 for cases of theft or accidental damage, wherever you transact. Your gadget purchase is also protected with max. 2x per year.

FREE annual fee for Traveloka Mandiri Card for life for cards applied between 1 – 31 July 2025 and approved at any time.


👉 For Mandiri’s 27th Anniversary period (October 2025), cardholders are entitled to FREE annual fee for up to the first 5 years for cards applied between 1 – 31 October 2025 and approved at any time.


For card applications outside the mentioned periods, enjoy FREE annual fee for up to the first 2 years! After that, annual fees will apply as follows:


  • Rp500,000/year (for primary cardholders) 
  • Rp250,000/year (for supplementary cardholders).

Terms & Conditions:


  • Gold Priority upgrade applies to customers whose Traveloka Mandiri Card has been approved starting on 1 February 2025 onwards, without the need to make any prior transactions.
  • Ensure that the email used when applying for the Traveloka Mandiri Card is the same as the email registered to your Traveloka account, as the system will upgrade your status based on the email linked to your Traveloka Mandiri Card. In addition, make sure you have saved your card in your Traveloka account.
  • The Gold Priority upgrade will be processed up to T+3 after the card is approved.
  • Gold Priority is only granted for cards that remain active.
  • If the Gold Priority Upgrade fails to be added to your account, we will retry the process daily as long as the card remains active.


  • You will earn 100 Points for every IDR 10,000 spent using the Traveloka Mandiri Card on the Traveloka platform for each full payment or installment transaction, with points awarded in multiples. For Flight and Hotel transactions made via the Traveloka app, you will receive double the Traveloka Points of the standard amount earned for those transactions.
  • You will earn 50 Points for every IDR 10,000 spent on full payment domestic retail transactions outside the Traveloka platform (using EDC or online platforms, excluding QRIS), with points awarded in multiples.
  • You will earn 100 Points for every IDR 10,000 spent on full payment transactions made outside Indonesia or for Cross Border transactions, with points awarded in multiples.



Terms & Conditions:



  • Transactions made using your supplementary card will also earn you Points, but Points accrue in your name only.
  • Traveloka Points are credited on a daily basis.
  • The Points credited reflect the total transactions made within the previous 30 (thirty) calendar days (D-30).
