Traveloka Mandiri Card is a co-brand credit card from Traveloka and Mandiri and supported by VISA network, can be used within and outside Traveloka for both online and offline transactions.
You will get various benefits such as welcome bonus, double cashback for purchasing Flight & Hotels on Traveloka, free first year annual fee, earn more Traveloka Points, free upgrade to Traveloka Gold Priority, daily discounts on Traveloka, and other offers from Mandiri merchants.
The annual fee is Rp500,000/year (for primary cardholder) and Rp250,000/year (for supplementary cardholder). However, you’ll receive a complimentary FREE annual fee for the first year. Annual fees are free for life for cards applied between July 1 and 31, 2025 and approved at any time.
To be eligible for application, you must be between 17-70 years old, have a valid Indonesian KTP, and maintain an active Indonesian (+62) mobile phone number.
Simply click the button 'Apply now" to start the application process. Prepare the required documents and fill out the application form. Make sure that the email you use for Traveloka Mandiri Card is also registered on Traveloka so that your Points can be added to your Traveloka account.
The verification process will take around 14 working days. Make sure your mobile number is active and your relatives can also be contacted. After your application is approved, your card will be sent within 3-7 days to your address. Once you receive the card, you can immediately activate and use your card!
Welcome bonus
Get rewarded right from the start! You will earn up to 1,000,000 Traveloka Points (worth Rp1,000,000) upon your first purchase with Traveloka Mandiri Card.
Terms & Conditions:
- A minimum accumulated spend of IDR 1,000,000 must be made within 3 months after the card is approved.
- If your credit card applications are submitted between July 1–31, 2025, you will receive 1,000,000 Points if you apply for the primary card through online channels (Traveloka app/Livin’ by Mandiri/Website). If you apply through offline channels (Mandiri sales/telesales), you will receive 800,000 Points.
- If your credit card applications are submitted outside July 1-31, 2025 period, you will receive 500,000 Points if you apply for the primary card through online channels (Traveloka app/Livin’ by Mandiri/Website). If you apply through offline channels (Mandiri sales/telesales), you will receive 300,000 Points.
- Make sure the email you use to register for the Traveloka Mandiri Card is also registered with Traveloka so that the Points can be directly added to your Traveloka account.
- Welcome bonus will be processed no later than the 20th of the following month for customers who made their first transaction between the 20th of the previous month and the 19th of the current month.
- If we are unable to add your Points to your account, then we will attempt it again on the 1st day of the next month.
- If Points cannot be added to your account after 3 attempts, then your Points will become invalid.
Double Points cashback
You will earn double Points every time you book any flight and/or hotel on Traveloka.
Terms & Conditions:
- Double Points earning is valid for any flights and hotels purchases in any destination using Traveloka Mandiri Card on Traveloka.
- Points will be rewarded within maximum 7 days after you complete your trip.
Travel insurance
Travel and shop with confidence, knowing that any purchases you make using Traveloka Mandiri Card are always protected.
Details:
- Travel accident: up to Rp1.000.000.000 for accidents during your travel, including trip to- and from- airport.
- Flight delay: up to Rp5.000.000 compensation when your flight was delayed for more than 4 hours.
- Baggage delay: up to Rp5.000.000 when your baggage was delayed for more than 6 hours.
- Purchase protection: up to Rp50.000.000 for cases of theft or accidental damage, wherever you transact. Your gadget purchase is also protected with max. 2x per year.
Annual fee
A little more reward to help you get started - FREE annual fee for the first year! After that, the annual fee is:
- Rp500.000/year (for primary cardholder).
- Rp250.000/year (for supplementary cardholder).
FREE annual fees for the Traveloka Mandiri Card for life for cards applied between July 1–31, 2025 and approved at any time.
For card applications outside the above period, the Traveloka Mandiri Card annual fee is FREE for the first 2 years! After that, the annual fees will be charged as follows:
- IDR 500,000/year for the primary cardholder
- IDR 250,000/year for the supplementary cardholder
Upgrade to Gold Priority

Terms & Conditions:
- Purchases must be made within 3 months after your Traveloka Mandiri Card has been approved.
- Auto-upgrade to Traveloka Gold Priority is valid for customers who make their first purchase after February 1, 2025.
- Make sure the email used to register for your Traveloka Mandiri Card matches the one linked to your Traveloka account. Otherwise, your tier cannot be automatically upgraded.
- Upgrade to Gold Priority will be processed no later than the 20th of the following month for customers who made their first transaction between the 20th of the previous month and the 19th of the current month.
- If the Gold Priority Upgrade fails to be added to your account, we will retry the process on the 19th of each following month.
Points on every purchase
- You will earn 100 Points for every IDR 10,000 spent using the Traveloka Mandiri Card on the Traveloka platform for each full payment or installment transaction, with points awarded in multiples. For Flight and Hotel transactions made via the Traveloka app, you will receive double the Traveloka Points of the standard amount earned for those transactions.
- You will earn 50 Points for every IDR 10,000 spent on full payment domestic retail transactions outside the Traveloka platform (using EDC or online platforms, excluding QRIS), with points awarded in multiples.
- You will earn 100 Points for every IDR 10,000 spent on full payment transactions made outside Indonesia or for Cross Border transactions, with points awarded in multiples.
Terms & Conditions:
- Transactions made using your supplementary card will also earn you Points, but Points accrue in your name only.
- For transactions made before the 20th, Points will be rewarded on the 1st of the next month.
- For transactions made after the 20th, Points will be rewarded on the 1st day of the month after next.
- If we are unable to add your Points to your account, then we will attempt it again on the 1st day of the next month.
- If Points cannot be added to your account after 24 attempts, then your Points will become invalid.
