Was unable to use the ticket park said ticket had already been used and anyone that uses traveloka has had the same issue had to go back home without entering park

Awesome experience, will go again.

This is the first time also the last time i buy ticket from TRAVELOKA! Super bad experience! Price is cheap and attractive BUT ticket issued cant be use! Sunway lagoon staff told me T is not their authorised dealer! thats y i have the issue to redeem the voucher ! i m not the only one being cheated, my friend bought ticket from T also and same thing happened! she cant redeem the voucher as well!

Too crowded. So it is not comfortable to play. One ride queue can be more than an hour

The rides are fun. The place is very spacious. Clean.

Highly recommended. Large area and lots of attractions. You can spend the whole day here from morning to evening.

I recently bought ticket from Traveloka, and I have to say, the whole process was incredibly smooth! The ticket redemption was super easy – I just showed the QR code at the counter and quickly exchanged it for my wristband. Since I also bought the express pass, there was no need to arrive too early. I arrived around 11am and was able to walk right up to the counter with no queue at all. The express pass was absolutely the best decision I made. The waiting times for all the attractions were under 5 minutes, even for the popular ones! I can’t recommend it enough. Plus, I bought my ticket through Traveloka, and it was way cheaper than buying directly from the park. I waited for their B1F1 promo, and yes, it was super duper cheap! I’ll definitely recommend others to buy from Traveloka for great savings and a smooth experience.
