The ticket exchange process is very easy from Traveloka. The play area is quite large, unfortunately only a few can be used for small children who are under 120 cm tall. Many officers are on duty in each play area. Food in Pororo Park is quite cheap compared to other rides in general. The water is very cold.

This is the worst water park with the worst safety and service I have ever been to. The staff did not help at all. My son was stuck in the pool but luckily he was in a float. The staff stood watching and did not ask the child if he needed help. When my daughter and I went to find my son, the staff told my daughter to go down and help him herself. Right now, I still feel like I am living in a nightmare. If that day my son slipped out of the float and fell to the bottom of the pool, what would have happened? Everything in there requires a rental fee. This will be the first and last time I will ever go to that water park again.

Good place and there are people taking care of every spot. I like it very much. It looks safe.

only the location is far from bts, although there is shuttle bus but isnt worth the time for short time holiday
