There is no information on the app on how to get the QR code, and when the QR code will be sent. I asked the Sun staff on site and they told me to contact the place where I bought it to resolve the issue. I called Traveloka and Sun's Sales Department but they were in circles, no one handled it. When I got angry, Sun handled it for me, but Traveloka couldn't do anything but ask. It took 1 hour to get the QR code after complaining, wasting the whole family's time waiting. And until today, Traveloka still hasn't seen the QR code sent to my email. If I hadn't contacted Sun, I would have lost money for this service.
