One of our member left her phone at a coffee shop close to the Fan Si Pan Peak and she only realized her phone was not with her during our lunch at the buffet restaurant. We went to the information desk near the restaurant and the staff helped us finding her phone. And within 1 hour, the staff brought back her phone and we are very greatful that our member get her phone back. Thank you so much for your excellent service from your staff

The Fansipan Monorail and Cable Car experience was smooth, well organized, and very enjoyable. The monorail ride was comfortable and scenic, making the journey easy and relaxing. The cable car was the highlight, offering stunning views above the mountains and clouds. Everything felt safe and efficient, and the views at the top were absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa.

The staff are friendly, and the facilities are excellent.

I love this place, using Traveloka is cheaper and sat set, when you show the barcode there it's really good, the wifi signal is strong above so you won't lose internet

I went on the weekend, so the mountain train was quite crowded.

Everything was fine. It was just that when we were about to go to the lunch buffet, we were turned away because we were late.

The staff were attentive, enthusiastic, and friendly to customers. I went on Monday, but the queues for the train and cable car were incredibly long. The Muong Hoa train wasn't running, but they didn't widely announce it to customers; they made customers queue until they checked in for tickets, only then informing them that the train was under maintenance. They couldn't refund customers who bought a combo package. It wasted extra time queuing and then I had to find my own way to the cable car station.

I am very satisfied with the services at Sunworld Fansipan.

I bought my Muong Hoa train ticket here, but they don't sell tickets for the return trip, so I bought mine on Fanxipang.

We should look for solutions to expand the queue size.
